First and foremost, I want to say that the service technician (Corey) was knowledgeable and personable from the beginning of the visit. Corey was organized and prepared as he started to repair my broken garage door spring. His suggestion of replacing the spring with an additional spring to strenghten our two car garage was awesome. Because I have had other garage door repair company's (we will not mention thier names)in the past,it was never suggested to add an additional spring. Also, with his honest and open observation, he as well, informed me of the special that was in progress at this time on purchasing an addtional spring for half the price. With this type of service, I will continue to seek out the company's outstanding customer service skills for any of my garage door repairs and needs. As a Customer Service Supervisor, it would be my pleasure to have Corey on my team. Keep up all of your impressive hard work. Great job, Corey!

Technician Corey was so courteous! He explained the garage door problem, as well as my repair options, very clearly. I felt bad that he had to work outside in the 90+ degree heat, but he said "it's all part of the job". Corey finished the work within the time estimate he had given me and the area was spotless when he was done. My invoice was neatly compiled and he reminded me of the warranty that comes along with the hardware that he replaced. Thank you Precision & Corey!

The technician came to my home with on time same-day service. He was very conscientious, making sure he explained my options for the repair. The tech was respectful of what I wanted, and I really appreciated that ! I would refer Precision to any co-worker or friend with zero hesitation.

I have been extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism with Precision Doors. They came the same day I called and were able to meet me after my work day. It only took them a matter of minutes to detect and fix my garage door opener's problem. The technician even did some extra preventative maintenance because the repair took no time at all. Geoff was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing for me. Precision was called to put in a garage door opener but Geoff found other problems with the door. He explained and showed me that I needed new cables and bearings. The door is 28 yrs old. Geoff let me know the price and let me decide if I wanted the work done. There was no high pressure. I do hope that the rest of the technicians are as nice and professional as Geoff.

I wish the doors would rise higher so I could drive in and park inside. If the doors could be a little higher but the doors look great! I am please with the service performed. Thanks

Hi Shemika, Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately due to the low clearance, and the support beam obstruction your doors are currently at the maximum height we can get them to open. I was completly satisfied with the service, Mike was knowledgeable, poliet,presentable. I selected your company through the weekly advertisement magazine, Reach. The fact that you waived the service call was the major factor in chosing you over Overhead Door. Your person on the phone was very nice and helpful. Same Day service was a big factor.
