Only slight issue was that ordered oversized bottom rubber, that Josh clearly explained did not have on truck at initial appt. and would need to come back to install following week, however no follow up call received from Precision. I had to call one and a half weeks later to follow up & request installation.

yes, I liked the fact that you come to the home with samples and color charts and that weekend appointments are available.Having the options to utilize these two services made selecting my garage door a breeze. Jared came to my home with the samples and explained the difference of the varied styles. Eric followed up with me and set up a weekend appointment for my husband and I to come in and view our door and color selections. Troy came and installed the door and did an excellent job explaining the procedure and cleaning up nicely afterward. The whole process from start to finish was fantastic! I am a satisfied customer.
