I wish the doors would rise higher so I could drive in and park inside. If the doors could be a little higher but the doors look great! I am please with the service performed. Thanks

Hi Shemika, Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately due to the low clearance, and the support beam obstruction your doors are currently at the maximum height we can get them to open. The only other option we have is to Install a different type of garage door opener called an RJO. If you're interested in this please let me know. Thank you for your business, -Joel Belyew

I was completly satisfied with the service, Mike was knowledgeable, poliet,presentable. I selected your company through the weekly advertisement magazine, Reach. The fact that you waived the service call was the major factor in chosing you over Overhead Door. Your person on the phone was very nice and helpful. Same Day service was a big factor.

I found Precision Garage Doors through an Ad in REACH. Very professional company; from the initial contact through installation. Estimate was accurate (no hidden surprise charges). Associates I came into contact with were knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional. And product is outstanding. They definitely have my recommendation. Thank you Ryan, Vicki, Amanda, and Troy! PS: I had to call them back the next day (Saturday)because my garage door opener was acting up. ugh! I was not excited about another expense....but my garage door opener is old and I knew that I would have to replace it sometime. To my surprise, when the tech came out to look at it - it was working ok. He made a minor adjustment and "wah-la" no more problems. No charge. You can bet when I do need a new gargage door opener, I will only call Precision Garage Doors! I am a very satified customer.

I had a broken torsion spring and was quoted ~$210 to get both springs replaced. After inspection Ryan told me that he would also recommend to get rollers, cable and wheels replaced for $664 to get lifetime warranty, and I agreed although it's much more expensive than I expected. Ryan did an excellent job to get everything done within an hour, and the garage door is much quieter than it used to be. Ryan's service is very good and courteous. However I would really prefer to see a printed detailed list for all the services/packages and prices your company can offer, instead of just a few numbers from a technician.
