Josh was great. I was disappointed in my initial phone call. I feel as though it is a little deceitful to say you are running a special on repairing one spring + not tell customer upfront that the other spring will likely break if you don't repair both at one time. I will not recommend your service because of this.

Hi Laura, Thank you for the feedback. Many doors in this area are originally installed with only one spring(this is cheaper option some companies use to shave cost, that ends up costing the homeowner down the road), therefore when a customer calls we don't really know what they will need. There are also cases where although its recommended to replace both springs at the same time, some companies don't do it this way, in hopes of tacking on another trip fee when the second breaks in my opinion. We just can't speculate over the phone what is needed in your specific case, nor what work you may have had done in the past. I assure you when you were quoted there was no intent to deceive you, and hope you will reconsider and use Precision Door in the future, and recommend us to friends and neighbors. First and foremost, I want to say that the service technician (Corey) was knowledgeable and personable from the beginning of the visit. Corey was organized and prepared as he started to repair my broken garage door spring. His suggestion of replacing the spring with an additional spring to strenghten our two car garage was awesome. Because I have had other garage door repair company's (we will not mention thier names)in the past,it was never suggested to add an additional spring. Also, with his honest and open observation, he as well, informed me of the special that was in progress at this time on purchasing an addtional spring for half the price. With this type of service, I will continue to seek out the company's outstanding customer service skills for any of my garage door repairs and needs. Technician Corey was so courteous! He explained the garage door problem, as well as my repair options, very clearly. I felt bad that he had to work outside in the 90+ degree heat, but he said "it's all part of the job". Corey finished the work within the time estimate he had given me and the area was spotless when he was done. My invoice was neatly compiled and he reminded me of the warranty that comes along with the hardware that he replaced. Thank you Precision & Corey!

I have been extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism with Precision Doors. They came the same day I called and were able to meet me after my work day. It only took them a matter of minutes to detect and fix my garage door opener's problem. The technician even did some extra preventative maintenance because the repair took no time at all.
