After a serious fumble by a competitor, I called Precision and they stepped up to the plate. They were able to schedule me next day, sent an email confirmation letting me know which technician to expect, were on time, provided great customer service, quick and quality intsall, oriented me to the units, noticed some possible deficiencies in my exisiting garage doors, and let me know they can help if those deificiencies ever fail. Great company, great products, and great people. I highly recommend Precision and will definitely call them first next time I have a need.
