Precision Garage Door Service had replaced the springs on my garage door previously, so they were the ones to call when the cable broke. I called for service first thing in the morning, and they were available to come right away! Kevin U presented my options to replace the cable and improve the door's performance. He helped me decide on what was best for me at this time. Kevin was polite, knowledgeable and helpful presenting the fix for my door. I was pleased with the service and will continue to call Precision Garage Door Service!

Isaac was awesome and helpful. Told him I was short on money at the moment and only had a little to spend to fix my garage door. He gave me options and we picked the best option to repair the problem today, I called it a bandaid, and showed and emailed me everything I’ll need to 100% fix the garage door issue. Couldn’t ask for a better person to come out and repair my problem. Thank you again. If I could pick 10 stars I would.

I was looking for a single garage door opener and the newest one in the garage (there are 3) was a Master Lift. I Googled that brand and that took me to you. Justin came on time and checked out the lift and the other ones. He concluded that a new one was needed - that will be the door that I'll use the most - and that the lift is/was 21 years old. He also replaced the wires and coils to reduce wear on the new lift. He worked quickly and was finished in a couple of hours. Justin was very friendly as well as professional and, like I said, was efficient and proficient.

I felt confident that the job would be handled with Precision, everything was explained to me. I will absolutely use this company again and recommend their services. I am extremely happy that I called the right company the first time out. I feel that they went above and beyond for me. Feeling secure about work being done at your home doesn't always prove to be the case, this was an exception.

After getting frustrated with a competitor for not being courteous and not calling me back when they said they would, I gave Precision a call. I couldn’t be more pleased with Precision. Shoutout to Alissa for her courteous customer service on my first and only phone call. I called around 9:30am and she told me they would be there between 12 and 3 the same day. And then they showed up a little after 11! Drew was excellent. Explained what the problem was, provided 3 different repair options, and had my garage door back in good working operation in about an hour and a half! Thanks again Drew! Austin was here to replace bottom seal on my garage door and then he inspected my door and fixed areas where light was showing to make my door completely air tight. He also showed me that I had a door opener that would open when power was out and he also put my opener on my cell phone. I was 200% happy with his work!!!!

Our service agent, Royal, was beyond fantastic! Our door broke in the evening, so we had an emergency on our hands. He was prompt, knowledgeable, personable, and I felt very comfortable having him in our home. He quickly repaired our door and replaced the parts needed.
