I called Precision because they installed my garage door. I decided that I wanted to add a key pad. When I called late last week I was astonished to learn I could get an appointment on Sunday afternoon! The tech who came, Joey H., was very personable, clearly explained what I needed, and installed it on the spot. He also inspected, adjusted, and lubricated my garage door since he was here. I am 100% satisfied and impressed with the service I received.

From start to finish eveyone was polite , professional, kind , knowledgeable and courteous. You are very lucky to have such outstanding employees. Kalu was our technician and we would request him for any other repairs we need in the future. Great work ethic and a fun person to chat with. RJ was the technician that replaced my garage door opener and related equipment. He was very professional and knowledgeable. After looking at my problem, he made recommendations concerning my situation. He explained all the alternatives and allowed me to make the decision as to what I wanted. Never pressured me once. When finished, he explained what was done and sync up all equipment and made sure everything worked.

You have a customer for life after today! We were ghosted by a small family business on a door issue that they falsely said they had fixed just 7 months ago. Brandon showed up to fix our door and had everything done in under 2 hours. And he was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Explained everything to a T on what he could do to fix the issue and then left us with great reassurance if we have any issue to just give Precision Garage Door a call and they will be out. This is hard review for me to write. Let me say first your service person was on time, knew what was needed did the work professionally and was courteous and the door now works fine. My issue which resulted in the 3 star rate is in your pricing and a not exactly feeling I get from it. you have pulled the old retail "keystone" tactic, mark it up 70% then discount it 40% to make it look like a deal. I prefer a supplier who states a price I would agree to and do the work. I do not need the mumbo jumbo up and down on your billing. Like I said the product and the work were 5 star the paperwork not so much.

Several parts of my garage door unit were over 11 years old and needed to be replaced. Most important was the spring coil. Andrew did a wonderful job explaining why my garage door would open but not stay closed. He gave me a detailed quote of options available for repair today. He showed up on time and was able to make the repairs in one hour because all the parts were stocked in the Precision van. I was not expecting the cost to be so much, BUT if you calculate the expense for the 7 year warranty offered by Precision Garage Door, its a pretty good deal. I would recommend this company for any repairs. They have really good service and price on installing new garage door openers too.

We scheduled the $69 inspection coupon to have our garage doors serviced and lubricated. Joel arrived promptly and walked my wife through the process of what he would be doing. After his initial inspection, he went over his findings by prioritizing things that were an immediate issue, potential issues or future issue. Once we decided on the repairs we wanted done, he was able to complete the repairs on the one door and maintenance on the other in an hour. Joel was pleasant and kind and was not a pushy salesman. He worked with my wife to make sure she understood what she was asking for and went over the pricing sheet to make her feel comfortable with the decision she was making. I am pleased with the work and how quiet our doors are now.
