A recent storm damaged my outside electric meter which then ruined my garage door opener. I called Precision and was given a morning appointment the next day. Technician Tim Whitlow arrived and went right to work assessing the damage, checking to see if my old door opener could be fixed. He showed me what was wrong and it was determined, after he thoroughly explained to me the damage, that I needed a new system. Tim was knowledgeable, empathetic, professional and friendly. He represented the company well and was thorough and efficient in the installation process. After he completed the job, he explained the system and its components, making sure I knew how to operate it. He explained the safety features of the system also. It was a pleasure to meet this young man - and he receives a 5 star rating from me!

My keypad wasn’t working so I called Precision based on reviews online. I was given an appointment for next day but was called with an opening later same day. Pat was the technician. He was personable and explained things clearly. I told him that my door was wonky when it opened and closed and he explained why that happened and gave me 3 options to consider to remedy the problem. I chose one of the options and got a new keypad and cables and wheels. The visit and the work was completed in under 2 hrs. I would recommend Precision for any garage door problem.

This is the second time we’ve reached out to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to help when our door had issues. Last time was 5-star service, and so was the experience we had yesterday. Every aspect of the service was top notch. The online booking was convenient and the staff member that called us was very helpful and accommodating to our schedule. It's refreshing to use a company that values customer service. Martin came to repair our garage door spring. He was on time and courteous. He explained what the problem was and what he would do to repair it. He provided options. We decided to defer some of the options. I'd like to give a shoutout to the folks at Precision Garage Door Service of Indianapolis. We had some damage to our garage door that ended up being a simple fix. Instead of installing a new lower section for about $1,000, technician Matt took about 15 minutes to get things back into place and didn't charge me a dime! There wasn't even any charge for them coming to the house. I highly recommend Precision if you ever have any issues with your garage door!

Extraordinary customer service! Our door became inoperable late Friday. I went online to request contact, and was stunned when on Sunday I was called to set up an appointment first thing Monday! I called this morning to request a service call to fix my garage door. It was very noisy and is old. Got an appointment right away for the same day, and the service technician called 15 minutes before the earliest time (my appointment was from 10:00am to 1:00pm.) and arrived about 10:05 am. He did an inspection and went over his findings with me. I decided to replace the opener and the spring as they were old (1993). He had the whole thing replaced and was finished before noon. The technician was very nice and thorough. I was very pleased with the whole process.
