I had an issue beginning at 0400 in the morning… my garage door began opening and closing. Upon looking to see if I might’ve rolled over onto the garage door opener, I realized it wasn’t in the bed. Upon searching for it, it wasn’t in the house. I had to have dropped it outside while carrying groceries from my daughter’s vehicle into the house… someone has my garage door opener. I remained prayerful, yet calm despite the tears. What do I do (after ensuring the alarm was on and locking the door from the garage)? I went to Google. There was Precision, 24 hours. Kevin called before he came out. He was personable and very funny. Kevin kept me informed of what was going on throughout the process. He gave me options for repair. After he provided the service, Kevin cleared the garage of debris. Thanks, Kevin,

Tech came out and did an honest assessment and gave me options. When the cost of the motor was higher than I could afford, they do allow me to purchase my own unit and install it for me, which this tech did. He did a great job, the garage door looks and sounds brand new to us.

I used Precision Garage Door at my previous residence to install new garage doors. I was impressed with the service I received then so didn't hesitate to contact them when I had problems with my current residence. Cole was the technician who arrived to troubleshoot the problems with my garage door opener. He arrived earlier than expected (after I was asked if that was ok to do), which was refreshing as most companies arrive at the end of the 2 hour appointment window. Cole was both personal and professional and found the issue & repaired it quickly.

Overall you did not solve the problem. I had someone come out 3 times. I will be installing a new opener and hopefully it will work. But I think you were stringing me along to buy a new garage door opener. I probably will not be using you in the future. I am still having trouble with the garage door closing. I just hope I can get it closed each time before the new opener is installed. And I don’t understand why some people in this neighbor hood have never replaced their openers and we have 3 times!!!

My technician was Elliot. He was amazing. He got there right on time. Give me notice ahead of time. Let me explain the issues that I’ve been having and he got right to work every step of the way he explained to me what he needed to do and my options my door sensors were not connecting, and he rewired everything and now that works perfect plus with a little tuneup. When I first bought my house 16 years ago, I first called precision to fix my door then and they’re the only people I use.

My garage door drum cable got tangled while raising, so I was in a mess. The door would not pull back down, and I certainly didn’t want to leave the door up overnight. Precision was very understanding with my situation. They worked with me to get a technician out the same day. Tony D was very professional and customer friendly. He got the repair done quickly, also adding a new lock and weather strip within 45 minutes. Would certainly use this company again!!

These guys are great! Their service was prompt and they told me exactly what was wrong with my current door in a way that I could understand it. They not only described in detail how my previous door had been installed incorrectly ( had trouble with the door opening and closing properly for over a year even with the previous door company coming out multiple times )but also what I needed to do to fix it at a fair price. I would and will use these guys again.
