The phone staff were wonderful with me via Sorenson Video Relay Service, something I can't always count on and was pleased to experience and Mike is also wonderful. He serviced both garage doors even tho tenant's was the one not opening, after I decided with both doors having been installed the same day, likely my spring was going to go next. I also appreciated you tell us a little about the service tech coming to the appt. Nice personal touch!

Tony did a great job explaining the problem with our garage door and fixing the problem. I would highly reccomend that you ask for him when getting work done on your garage door. I scheduled with precision this morning because my garage door would not open. The motor made noise but did not actually open the garage. Tony arrive on time and even called when he got to the driveway so I could put my dog away. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Tony walked me through the problem and the parts that needed to be replaced. He did not pressure me, but gave recommendations when asked. First time customer and I was very impressed with the service that I received. Blake and Drew were very professional and showed me all of my options and said exactly what each of those options were.
