The guy who fixed the motor & replaced everything for the garage door was amazing to have him work on it! He called the owner & the owner & they are letting us pay for it next week!! I’d love to have them next year work on the other motor!! I highly recommend this company!!!

Technician arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem with my garage door opener - i.e. lack of power, Made correction, then serviced entire system (motor, spring, door rollers, etc.). All works well now. Well worth the service charge!

They were local. Came out immediately for an estimate. On goggle they have been in business a long time and highly rated. Very good experience with both the person that did the estimate and installer. Everything was clean and professional and installer did a very good job. We were having trouble with our garage door opener working properly. We reviewed the options and selected Precision Garage Door. They were timely on getting to us to diagnose the problem. The solution was a new garage door opener. They had the part on the truck and were able to install it within 2 hours. Colin K was our repair technician and he explained the options and led us to the correct solution. He explained how to use the new opener and was very patient with us.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of work that Joey did today not to mention his knowledge of garage doors and door openers. My opener quit working several months ago apparently from a lightning strike but Joey had the board and rpm sensor on his truck ready to install!! Hats off to Joey!! If I need anything else done, I am going to request Joey, my dog even loved him!!

Brock came out to assist with a new MyQ video camera set up as we were having issues getting it to sync with our iPhones (along with our new Liftmaster garage door opener) and totally went above and beyond in helping us to get things resolved. The MyQ app allows us to control the camera and garage door from anywhere now, but he stayed until we finally got things to connect properly which took much longer than expected as he was extremely patient and understanding in helping us to finally get this accomplished. :) PS: I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone and now a true customer for life thanks to Brock!!

We had an absolutely incredible experience from the time I called the precision office yesterday to job completion this afternoon. The office person was incredibly courteous and did a wonderful job scheduling our work to be done. Then this morning, Kevin and Eric showed up to assess our garage door issue. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, and work ethic that we experience today from these two individuals. Absolutely great and over-the-top customer service from everyone in this organization from our contact on the phone to the two Service individuals Kevin and Eric who installed and rebuilt our garage door operating system. I called Precision because the other two companies I called were scheduling 2 weeks and 1 week into the future. Precision said they could replace my garage door opener, track, spring and rollers the same afternoon that I called. Their pricing fell in between the other two companies, but the timing was what sold me. Tony D was my technician. He was timely, knowledgeable and polite. He inspected all 3 of our garage doors and made recommendations for each. Since only one door was a problem for us at the time, I requested parts, including an upgraded spring, for just that particular door. He got the job done quickly and helped us re-program a car remote and an exterior, wireless remote keypad for the new opener. The new opener is smoother and quieter than the other two doors, even though they are relatively new too. I would strongly recommend Precision and will be using them again as needed.

Today I purchased and had 2 Genie garage door opener’s installed. Colin my service technician was on time as promised, in fact earlier than what I had scheduled online. Colin assessed my needs and explained the availability of equipment. The job was performed in a timely manner and fashion, all the features were explained to me upon completion. When completed clean up was a 10, everything was perfect. I will continue to use Precision Doors in the future!
