We had the best experience working with Precision after accidentally locking ourselves out of our garage! Scheduling was a breeze, our technician Mike was wonderful and we ended up having a better experience than we anticipated. Not only did we get back into our garage within 10 minutes of Mike arriving, but we had various components of our system replaced that very much needed it. Precision made our experience stress free and easy; would recommend them to anyone we know!

Recommendation from a friend proved to be a fantastic experience. The garage door opener required replacement and other issues were discovered but there was no hard sell and the entire repair was done correctly the first time at a reasonable cost.

Service agent did a thorough job installing the garage opener. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. It was very clear to me that the unit he installed was far superior to the one he replaced. Thank you for your service.

I scheduled an appointment for a consultation for new garage doors. Eric showed up early and was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He showed us many options and made the choice so easy for our new 4 garage doors. He even sent a technician out the next day to service one of our doors to try to make it last until our new doors come in. I would highly recommend Eric and Precision Garage Doors and will to anybody needing new doors or service.

Teddy F did a great job with the minor tune up I needed. Precision had installed (and did a good job) most of the components of my neglected set up a few years ago, and he assured me if any parts were needed I was still under their warranty

Definately appreciated Kalu’s assistance with explaining how to program the remote. He was thorough with his review of the mechanical parts and provided a useful health assessment. I appreciated him going the extra step and assisting with programming the WiFi to the remote! As a new resident of Indianapolis, thank you for your hospitality.

Joey did an excellent job today repairing our garage doors. We’d had 2 other technicians come out but neither of them took the time to fix the doors properly. We are going to request Joey from now on if we ever have to call your company again. We praise God for Joey and Favor.

Had a problem with the operation of our garage door opener. Called the office for service and was able to get a technician out the next day at 8am! He quickly diagnosed the problem and went over my options. In less than two hours problem fixed and I was very satisfied. The technician (Kalu) was very knowledgeable and had a lot of patience explaining everything to me. He even tightened the springs at no charge. I highly recommend Precision Doors for any of your garage door needs. John Miller

Mike F did a great job. He was an extremely proficient technician. My situation was unusual compared to most repairs he does, but he adapted well, improvised, and made my door 100% operational again. In fact, it operates and is balanced better than it was before. I appreciate his technical expertise.

Very impressed and appreciative. Garage door went up for me this morning but wouldn’t come down. I tried everything. Precision had fabulous ratings so I reached out. They sent guys out this afternoon (Eric I think). He diagnosed the issue right away and was able to offer me options at varied price ranges. They replaced springs, cables, etc. Precision delivered prompt response and knowledgeable service, which is a rarity these days. Thank you-this makes you stand out above rest!
