Needed a repair on an almost 30 year old garage door assembly. Could have paid for a temporary fix for an indefinite amount of time, but after learning the cost of a brand new system, I was sold! I was thinking way more than needed for our needs, but it was a very comfortable investment for another 30 Years. Precision was responsive in just within a day of calling for a visit to assess. Zach was upfront an honest and would have repaired for us with ease. We were impressed with his knowledge and took his advice and ultimately made the decision for a new system! Very Happy with the Choice!

Kevin and Marcus did a great job replacing our garage door opener and the springs. He explained all the options but didn’t pressure me to go one way or the other. They were friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. They worked hard in the heat and got the job completed quickly. They cleaned up the area and walked through all the how to operation tips. Great job!

I selected Precision because it's unheard of to have over 4 thousand 5-star reviews on google. I knew they had to be good, and I was right. My service guy, Kevin U., was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He made me aware of the things my garage door system needed, but didn't push me or try to "hard sell" me. I appreciated that very much.

This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Service, and every aspect from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Same day service and Kevin’s expertise were outstanding. The original door opener failed as I suspected after 9 years. Kevin inspected the system, explained everything to me, including options available. There was absolutely no ‘sales pitch’, only valid information needed to make a decision on a new unit. Kevin took time to ask relevant questions and understand the overall situation: how many times a day the door is used, the number of cars, etc. His interest in installing a door opener that fit my lifestyle was impressive. Once I chose a new unit, he expertly installed everything in a reasonable timeframe. Afterwards, Kevin reviewed the features of this unit, operation and safety aspects. He also made sure that the app was downloaded on my phone and that I was confident using it. This was not a rush job/installation. Kevin is thorough and a skilled technician which I greatly appreciate. He’s professional, friendly and an outstanding representative of your company. It was a pleasure meeting him and to have a new, more powerful unit. Thank you, Kevin and Precision Garage Door Service!

You were recommended by a neighbor. Joey was very helpful in explaining everything he needed to do. We didn’t expect him to do repairs that late at night but he was so accommodating and took care of everything we needed. I would highly recommend your company and especially Joey for any next job. Thanks again for all your hard work. Pam Macy

I had an issue beginning at 0400 in the morning… my garage door began opening and closing. Upon looking to see if I might’ve rolled over onto the garage door opener, I realized it wasn’t in the bed. Upon searching for it, it wasn’t in the house. I had to have dropped it outside while carrying groceries from my daughter’s vehicle into the house… someone has my garage door opener. I remained prayerful, yet calm despite the tears. What do I do (after ensuring the alarm was on and locking the door from the garage)? I went to Google. There was Precision, 24 hours. Kevin called before he came out. He was personable and very funny. Kevin kept me informed of what was going on throughout the process. He gave me options for repair. After he provided the service, Kevin cleared the garage of debris. Thanks, Kevin,

Colin showed me what needed to be done and while providing several price points, didn't pressure me to purchase more than I wanted. I would definitely use Precision again in the future. Regards. Tech came out and did an honest assessment and gave me options. When the cost of the motor was higher than I could afford, they do allow me to purchase my own unit and install it for me, which this tech did. He did a great job, the garage door looks and sounds brand new to us.

I used Precision Garage Door at my previous residence to install new garage doors. I was impressed with the service I received then so didn't hesitate to contact them when I had problems with my current residence. Cole was the technician who arrived to troubleshoot the problems with my garage door opener. He arrived earlier than expected (after I was asked if that was ok to do), which was refreshing as most companies arrive at the end of the 2 hour appointment window. Cole was both personal and professional and found the issue & repaired it quickly.
