From the time I called in to the gentleman showing up it was all better than I expected. I teased the service man when he showed up that he would never make it in this business because he called before he came and showed up on time. It was a very pleasant experience start to finish. The service man was very polite and he knew exactly what my door needed. Door is now working better than it ever has before.

Awesome job. A spring broke on Christmas day, trapping my car inside the garage. I booked the appointment online after reading several reviews. I thought it was a nice touch when the confirmation text gave me a brief bio on the technician, Joey. He was there bright and early the next morning, and was great to work with. He had everything he needed to get me going agian. Thanks, Precesion for bailing me out.

The garage door spring broke on late Sunday. We called Precision the same day expecting to leave a message. Much to our surprise an associate took our call and got us scheduled for Monday morning. Orlando was our technician and was great. He arrived on time, assessed our problem and we also had an in depth conversation about the pros/cons of all the moving parts. The conversation was driven by my questions not an attempt to upsell by Orlando. He was very transparent and as a result we made some decisions to upgrade some of the components from the builder grade quality initially installed. We were very pleased with the experience and would recommend Precision. Thanks again to Orlando for your attention to details in repairing our door.

On a Friday evening our garage door quit working, Precision was able to be out there the next morning. Vladimir was great - nice, professional and very knowledgeable. Gave me options on repairing the garage door and we figured out what we wanted to do and he got started right away. I don't think the garage door and opener has EVER been that quiet; we ended up having to have quiet a bit replaced. I will call again and would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

I saw the ad for precision door on tv. I liked the part that said the door would be fixed the same day. The ad didn’t lie. Our door was fixed within a couple of hours. Our technician was personable and his work was fantastic! I would definitely call if we ever need our door fixed again.

A spring broke on my garage door. I scheduled online with Precision and received a reply that a technician would arrive between 8-10. Technician came, replaced the two springs and performed a tune up on all the door hardware. He noted a couple of items with wear and I agreed to have him replace them. Technician was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Great service. Will definitely use again if needed.
