I had previously used Precision to install new doors in 2022 and was very satisfied with that service. When the openers began having issues, I immediately went to the Precision website and set up an appointment. I was able to get an appointment in less than 24 hours and on a Saturday, which was especially convenient. Nick Z. arrived at the appointed time, we discussed options and quickly reached a solution. The work was completed, he cleaned up the work area and we settled the invoice. I have recommended Precision to several of neighbors and will continue to do so.

I enjoyed having your person out to see about fixing our garage door. He checked the area, gave me a few quotes for fixing the problem and was ready to start as soon as he finished his quotes. My wife wasn’t here, and she has had a horrible week, and she refused to talk about problems, even though she knew about the garage door and a general idea of the money. I am still trying to talk with her, but I am stalled, or we would have had things fixed with you

Spring was broken on double door. The tech made suggestions for repair beyond the replacement of the broken spring. New rollers, cables and bearings were replaced. I believe the door operates much better and is less noisy. I had the spring replaced on a the single door. I felt no pressure to do the additional work. The work was done very well and the tech was professional. Well done.

Owen was excellent and very professional. He came one hour early 3pm before scheduled 4-7 time frame. He was here to repaired wall mount but he noticed Chamberlain system that was over 10 years old and getting old. So he replaced it with Liftmaster system and he asked me about keypad outside of the garage door which I had thought about it. He gave me best options for good price and along with keypad. Thanks Owen for great customer service.

Tony came to my house on time and was very easy to talk to. He explained everything perfectly. I knew I needed new eyes for the garage door to shut, but he showed me how old and worn my rollers were and that the bottom brackets were rusting out. He took care of it all in a timely manner and am very pleased with everything!!
