Fixed a slightly damaged garage door and also replaced the garage door opener which was old. Applied some discounts and did prompt, solid work. Blayke did a great job and easy to work with.

Garage door emergency hit on a Friday night - we were stuck with two cars in the garage. Precision Garage had an appointment early afternoon the next day and we had great service from Josh. He quickly identified the trouble - talked us through the pros/cons of repair options providing a couple of different price options. He gave us some good tips as he was finishing for us to try and do some basic maintenance by ourselves. Would definitley reccomend Precision Garage Door.

First of all I'd like to say that Eric did a remarkable job with us. He answered all of our questions and made us feel like our new door was very important. We are looking forward to having our new door and opener installed. Please let him know how much we appreciate the way he handles his clients. Thank you!

We called Precision to deal with a balky old opener. ( hey, it had been up for 21years; it was time.) Isaac arrived, asked about my concerns and asked if I wanted him to look into repairing the old unit. I told him I felt a replacement made more sense. He presented my wife and I with several options, and very thoroughly explained the differences - this young man really knows his stuff ! We made a decision and he went to work. He spent 3 hours on the install in 100+ degree heat and still made sure we were completely satisfied before he left. Isaac is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional ! Based on our experience, we will absolutely recommend Precision !!

I must say, this repair was one of the best experiences I ever had. Colin, our tech, was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Colin explained all of the processes he took to determine what our garage door repair needed. It was determined that the springs a roller and a hinge needed to be replaced, The repairs were completed without issue and our door is working better than it had been since we moved in 3 years ago. THANK YOU! For the great service.

Technician called ahead when running late. Examined door and component parts to see why it wouldn't stay up when operator was disconnected. Explained exactly what the cure would be and how much it would cost. Tech was very well spoken and thorough in his explanation and work performed. Everything was repaired as explained and the price was in line with the estimate. It was a good experience for me in total. Eric should be complimented. I will use your company again.

I had the pleasure of working with Joey for a garage door repair, and he was outstanding from start to finish. Incredibly professional, genuinely kind, and attentive to every detail. Joey didn’t just fix the issue—he went above and beyond to ensure everything was in perfect working order, even taking the time to explain what was needed and why. It’s rare to find someone so committed to excellent service these days, and Joey is truly a standout. Highly recommended!

Precision Garage Door is an exceptional business. I have used them in the past when replacing a garage door and everything from customer service to their installation techs was top notch. This time around I purchased a garage door opener. Nothing has changed in their professionalism in taking care of the their customers.

Tony came out today to fix my garage door after my kids left a broom under it and broke it a couple years back. He was fast, informative and quite knowledgeable. If I knew I could’ve had a working door for under $250. I would’ve done it years ago! Also wanted to say thank you Tony for helping me save my drowning goldfish - you’re the best! (He just said hi to my cat and pet him and made my cat’s day. I just thought this was funnier.)

Very satisfactory experience with this company. I received an email letting me know that Brandon, the technician sent was on his way, then Brandon himself called and confirmed when he would be arriving. When Brandon got here he was very out going and friendly, yet very professional also and you could tell he knew what he was talking about and doing. He walked me through what he was going to do to replace the door spring and also pointed out some other things that would cause future problems over time. All in all a very pleasant experience and I will be sure to call them again for any work to be done on the garage door in the future.

Cole P. did an awsome job with the repair. Explained what parts needed to be replaced. I would give this a 5 star but I thought the cost of the repair parts were a bit high.
