It just so happened that I was having problems with my garage door when a flyer arrived in the mail telling me about Precision Garage Door Service. The flyer had coupons with it, but I was most interested in calling and seeing how soon someone could be out. To my surprise, a real person answered the phone and she was friendly! After quickly giving her my information, she said she could have a technician at my house within the hour. WOW. Patrick, my technician arrived about 40 minutes and did an outstanding job from start to finish. He is one of the most professional technicians I've ever had out to the house.

I chatted with Jessica online this morning, she had the Technician Orlando at our house within a couple of hours. He did some problem solving and determined the main problem and some future problems. He was able to give us a detailed list what could be replaced. He fixed the problem and lubed the garage door. Seemed like a fair price except for an Energy Surcharge of $23.00 on the final bill. Orlando was focused and polite.

I was very reluctant to call for service because I hate dealing with any kind of service industry because usually it's the same old game where they show up and quote you an astronomically ridiculous amount that you later find out was way more than you could have had it done by going somewhere else. I would say in this case, I was pleasantly surprised. Garage door motor went out and the replacement cost was very reasonable. Joey H. was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure to answer all of my questions. Very glad I called. Highly recommended! A++++

Our 29-year-old garage door opener began to falter and the remotes could not be programmed. Andrew helped to diagnose a faulty circuit board on the old opener and recommended a replacement. He offered several choices and was not pushy when I chose the least expensive. He had the new opener, along with a new track and chain, new remotes, and a new outside keypad all installed and working in a short time. Excellent service.
