Precision came out mid winter to fix a broken garage door for my Mom so I called them to do a check up of my garage door. Brock arrived on time, did a thorough inspection and pointed out some repairs that needed to be done to avoid a similar fate to my mom's door.

We were recently in Florida on vacation and a family friend was watching our house and dogs in Indianapolis while we were gone. In the middle of our trip, we received a call from our house sitter that the garage door openers all quite working. We tried walking her through a possible reset, but that didn't work. I then called Precision Garage Door from Florida and they scheduled a technician for the very next day. Unfortunately, they called during the next day to cancel the scheduled & urgently needed technician for repair. They then rescheduled another technician for the following day (48 hours after the original call). As it turned out the technician that eventually arrived, Marquis, was extremely prompt & professional. He called me directly several times with updates and was able to make the required repairs within approximately 90 minutes. Overall, we were very happy with Precision thanks to Marquis.

Brock did a great job renovating our garage door. He replaced the rollers and spring and it went from creaky loud to smooth quiet. I believe it has lengthened the life of our garage door and the opener.

The technician Isaac was a delightful and chatty. He was very professional and did his best to help. Unfortunately , it was a commercial door and he was unable to fully help. I booked it on line and that was not an option for me. Something that would have helped us, by changing those options to book, please.

Needed a repair on an almost 30 year old garage door assembly. Could have paid for a temporary fix for an indefinite amount of time, but after learning the cost of a brand new system, I was sold! I was thinking way more than needed for our needs, but it was a very comfortable investment for another 30 Years. Precision was responsive in just within a day of calling for a visit to assess. Zach was upfront an honest and would have repaired for us with ease. We were impressed with his knowledge and took his advice and ultimately made the decision for a new system! Very Happy with the Choice!

Kevin and Marcus did a great job replacing our garage door opener and the springs. He explained all the options but didn’t pressure me to go one way or the other. They were friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. They worked hard in the heat and got the job completed quickly. They cleaned up the area and walked through all the how to operation tips. Great job!

I selected Precision because it's unheard of to have over 4 thousand 5-star reviews on google. I knew they had to be good, and I was right. My service guy, Kevin U., was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He made me aware of the things my garage door system needed, but didn't push me or try to "hard sell" me. I appreciated that very much.

This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Service, and every aspect from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Same day service and Kevin’s expertise were outstanding. The original door opener failed as I suspected after 9 years. Kevin inspected the system, explained everything to me, including options available. There was absolutely no ‘sales pitch’, only valid information needed to make a decision on a new unit. Kevin took time to ask relevant questions and understand the overall situation: how many times a day the door is used, the number of cars, etc. His interest in installing a door opener that fit my lifestyle was impressive. Once I chose a new unit, he expertly installed everything in a reasonable timeframe. Afterwards, Kevin reviewed the features of this unit, operation and safety aspects. He also made sure that the app was downloaded on my phone and that I was confident using it. This was not a rush job/installation. Kevin is thorough and a skilled technician which I greatly appreciate. He’s professional, friendly and an outstanding representative of your company. It was a pleasure meeting him and to have a new, more powerful unit. Thank you, Kevin and Precision Garage Door Service!

You were recommended by a neighbor. Joey was very helpful in explaining everything he needed to do. We didn’t expect him to do repairs that late at night but he was so accommodating and took care of everything we needed. I would highly recommend your company and especially Joey for any next job. I had an issue beginning at 0400 in the morning… my garage door began opening and closing. Upon looking to see if I might’ve rolled over onto the garage door opener, I realized it wasn’t in the bed. Upon searching for it, it wasn’t in the house. I had to have dropped it outside while carrying groceries from my daughter’s vehicle into the house… someone has my garage door opener. I remained prayerful, yet calm despite the tears. What do I do (after ensuring the alarm was on and locking the door from the garage)? I went to Google. There was Precision, 24 hours. Kevin called before he came out. He was personable and very funny. Kevin kept me informed of what was going on throughout the process. He gave me options for repair. After he provided the service, Kevin cleared the garage of debris. Thanks, Kevin,
