Justin C was prompt, friendly and very efficient in getting our situation resolved in a timely manner. He laid out what other issues he was seeing on our older garage door and let us know the possible consequences of leaving those unaddressed. We will definitely keep all of that in mind and take care of it when the budget allows. Brandon was super! He was very helpful in detailing what was wrong with our garage door and was able to advise on other issues that he saw that contributed to the issue. He did not pressure us to do anything and gave multiple options. Precision is the only company I call for garage door service. My remote and keypad had quit working. Pat came this morning and quickly found the problem (fried main circuit board). He explained the options, replace the board which he had stocked on the truck or install a whole new opener. I chose to just replace the board and now it works great again. He even programmed the extra buttons on my remote to work in case the button I use gets worn out. My system is 22 years old. I really appreciate how well he explained my options and the costs. I've used Precision since I bought my house in 2007 and each time I've been happy with the results. I'm never "oversold" on anything and the work performed is great.

They checked on several times the day before they came out. The tech called before he came out and let know when he would arrive. Was very polite and professional. Looked at the door the cables and motor checked the tracks checked to see how old the system was and the how new the spring was. explained what was going on with the door, the hangers and door motor. Took down the old unit to show me the ware and tare on it, He was very through on the inspection. He explained the different options that were available.

We have used precision twice to repair our doors and put new seals on for weather protection. They have always responded in a prompt manner and we have had excellent service. Our last tech (Isaac) came out on a sunday and completed the work expeditiously within 2 hours of arriving. Highly recommend this company.

I dialed PRECISION after seeing an ad for a favorably priced " tuneup." A critter had mistaken the rubber seal strip on the bottom of the door for its favorite bubble gum flavor, and that needed replacement, as well. My technician addressed each concern, walked me through his observations and recommendations, and performed his work well. The result is a smooth, quiet balanced door that operates like new.

I chose Precision because they had given us excellent service a few years ago. Isaac was our repair person today, and he was well trained, personable, and efficient. And he smiled all the time. Since he seemed to be happy the entire time he was here, I asked him if he liked his job with Precision. His immediate response was “Yes. I love to fix things.” And he DID fix things with our opener, and he kept me well informed.

I was so impressed with precision!! To start with the amazing text message I received 45 minutes prior to arrival. The technician Austin D. called 10 minutes prior to arrival to make sure I was ready for him to arrive. He was friendly and provided all pricing prior to doing anything. I will always call Precision for anything else I need. I will definitely ask for Austin D. If that is permitted. NICE JOB!

I spoke with 2 ladies who were polite, helpful, without being pushy, and knowledgeable with quick responses. Eric the repair serviceman was on time, while keeping us informed as to his arrival, directed us through our repair options and costs. Was efficient in making the repairs and make sure all devices were in sink and operating properly following the repairs.
