Zeke D did a great job working to assess the problem for my garage door. There was no way to recreate the specific issue but he did notice a few things causing the door to not operate to top efficiency. He did give me multiple options on fixing the rollers and also helped set up the remote system to the motor through Wi-Fi. Excellent service, enjoyable to talk to and would be happy to have him come out again if needed.

I really appreciate the work of this company. They came out and they looked over the situation, even though I had to schedule them for the later afternoon, they said they could still complete the work on the same day, although I did not ask them to do so. They were more than willing to get it done. They also gave me many options and choices so I could choose whatever level of repair would fit my circumstances best and they worked with me they and made sure that the doors I was working on were being taken care of. In addition, they looked (with a visual inspection) at a couple of other doors to see if there were any imminent problems coming up. In summary, all in all, a very solid company. I'd definitely use them in the future and recommend them to my friends, just as they were recommended to me by my friend.

Unexpected repairs are never fun, but precision garage door helped as much as they could buy coming out the very next day, had the parts they needed on hand and made the repairs on the first visit. This was my first experience with Precision and I'm so happy with my experience! Tony went through every aspect of my garage door mechanics, explaining how they worked and why my 20 year old garage door could possibly fail without some updating. Serviceman/installer was good. What is sad is that Precision Garage Door did NOT honor their warranty! Even though I had 1 year left on my Precision Door Opener unit, they said the part that went bad (sprocket) is no longer available. So I had to buy a new opener - out of pocket cost. Yes they gave credit to purchase the new one, but still out of pocket cost way toooo early!

I called precision garage door service to have my opener repaired. Justin C. called me prior to arrival to inform me that he was on his way. When he arrived, he was extremely courtious and explained (in great detail) the problem with my garage door opener and thorougly explained our options. After the consultation, we confidently decided to replace everything except the door itself. After installing our system, Justin completley explained the functionality of the system to my wife and I. We would one thousand percent recommend Justin from Precision to our family and friends or anyone who expects professional service. Thanks Justin...from 1 to 10 (with 10 being the best) Justin is a perfect 10!

I picked precision door because of their reviews. They gave me a quote over the phone and when Nick got here he said the door was a larger door than normal and it would cost more. After talking to Nick and Kevin they decided to honor the quote they gave me at first. Thanks to their agreement and gratitude they saved me a lot of money. Andrew did an outstanding job diagnosing the problem and then fixing it. My only issue is that the rubber piece that fits on the bottom of the garage door was just replaced in May of 2023…I don’t think I should have been charged for another one…very disappointed! Thank you.
