We have used Precision Door for over 15 years. We saw there commercial on TV. We appreciated how fast they were able to come out and correct our issue. Today, 3/29/2025 we had a situation where our door would go down as far as 2" above being closed and open back up. Orlando came out he was very polite and honest; he had all the knowledge needed to fix the "eye" which had to be replaced, they were 25 years old. But we had additional questions, and he answered a number of them but if he didn't know he was up front and said he would have to check with someone else. I so much appreciate honesty to that level. It was a joy working with him.

I was able to book an appointment for the next day (I could have requested same day but that didn't work for my schedule) and Isaac showed up right on time. He was quick, efficient, courteous, and professional, and was able to mitigate our issue as well as point out other maintenance and safety issues we never realized were a problem. We ended up purchasing new springs, rollers, and cables.

We heard a loud pop and realized that we needed a repairman. Called and someone was there the next morning. Tony was our technician and he explained what was wrong in great detail. They sent someone out to look at it within an hour of our call! Our technician, Orlando, was great.
