I called the Precision at Greenfield because I had always received great service when it was Garage Doors of Greenfield. The name may have changed but it is the same great service. Leaving for work and the garage door quit working! We called Precision and they sent Zeke out to the 'rescue' within hours of us calling. Zeke showed and explained everything that he found to be causing the issues. It was so refreshing to have such a friendly, enthusiastic and just a happy-natured service person. He didn't leave until all was taken care of. He didn't miss a beat and would highly suggest Precision and Zeke to anyone that needs maintenance, repair or new garage door!

When we moved here several yeats ago, we had some work done by Precision Door. Today I had my grarage door checked again. The technician told me what needed to be fixed and what might need repair down the line. I appreciated that they put me on a priority list because they knew I had to get my grandson off the bus. The technician came in the morning and completed the repairs before noon. The technician polite and gets the work done in a timely manner.

Corporate greed has taken over and for 1 1/2 hours worth of work with two springs and a new cable and $1100 later we are back up and running. We didn't get an estimate of how much everything was going to be till the installer had already removed the springs. I think we would have gotten a 2nd opinion had we known it was going to be this much. I would have gladly paid the $88 for your initial visit. I know I have an 8'0 heavy door, but let's be realistic. It's eight years old, so the door wasn't broken. If we had gone with the lesser springs it would have been $700 and $400 more for the heavy duty springs, which your installer recommended. I am shocked that you can get so many five star ratings with the way you do business. Shame on you for the way you conduct your business!

Serivice was very quick. Called about broken spring and service guy (Jarad) was here within an hour and half. Jarad was very nice and helpful. Very professional. After installing new springs he notices the previous ceiling install of the garage door was incorrectly mounted. Not only did he inform me about it, he offered, and did, help me (mostly him) fix it. I took a chance on Precision's internet ad because I was desperate to repair a damaged garage door that day (someone backed out a car without...$$!) A nice woman answered the call and right away that afternoon I had an appointment. Whoosh! The door was entirely made with glass windows and was severely bent, including the glass. The repair would require two men to push it back into place at risk of breaking multiple glass windows. It took three hours, a steel bracket to secure, and it was done. Kevin also managed to sell me some new rollers for all three doors, and threw in some other adjustments for free. Then, not sure why, he swept out all three garage bays that were loaded with fall leaves and winter dirt! Very competent men with years of experience. Their trucks are really beautiful. You cannot do better than that.

Technician Orlando was top notch! He throughly explained what was necessary to fix my door problem and what was suggested. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything I didn't want. He completed the work quickly and efficiently while leaving no mess behind. While Orlando was fantastic from start to finish, I feel the prices of the extra parts need was high. Overall experience was great and Orlando should be recognized as an outstanding employee.

My garage door spring broke and I needed replacement ASAP. Crystal said the earliest was Saturday morning. I later received a text from her saying Tony D. could make the same day appointment between 5pm-6pm. Tony D. gave me different estimates and let me chose which option that I think was best long term. I realized that the quality of parts and the knowledge and experience Tony provided justified the price and value of the repair and replacement. Tony did a great job in making my garage door working optimally longer and better.

I definitely understand the need to make a profit and I trusted the name and it's five star rating. However I must be one of the rare ones as I was quoted over $5,000 to repair a 13-year-old Builder grade garage door. It just didn't seem right. I paid the service fee and checked with three other companies. I was surprised to find out the same amount I get easily upgrade BOTH garage doors to 2" insulated with top of the line openers and all brand new hardware including rails. I can understand maybe one vendor may not always be the cheapest but the estimate wasn't even remotely close to others. It's a shame someone got a bit greedy for commission. My neighbor apologized for referring me.
