We tried to open our garage door this morning (Labor Day) & the spring was broken. We figured it would be a day at least to get it fixed but Austin came out after finishing another job & it is fixed. Austin was very professional but pleasant also. He did a check of the whole door & explained what he saw & made three recommendations & pricing. We chose the complete redo & he did the job. Very pleased.

I've worked with Precision in the past and knew what to expect...great service. From start to finish communication was great. The call rep shared what time someone could be here and Austin was right on time. He called while on his way, / analyzed the issue once he arrived / shared options and estimate / completed the repair in good time. While here I also asked him for a tune up. I didn't realize how loud the door had gotten until Austin made it quiet again. I'll definitely use Precision in the future.
