The call rep shared what time someone could be here and Austin was right on time. He called while on his way, / analyzed the issue once he arrived / shared options and estimate / completed the repair in good time. While here I also asked him for a tune up. I didn't realize how loud the door had gotten until Austin made it quiet again. I'll definitely use Precision in the future.
