Great experience using Precision! I was referred to them by a neighbor. The technician, Colin, arrived within the timeframe scheduled. He was very courteous and friendly. After examining the door, he explained to me and showed me the problems and what needed to be fixed. He also told me what the cost would be and offered possible alternatives for some items. He repaired the door in time for me to get to an appointment, and the door is actually working better than ever before! Colin was very pleasant and fun to talk with. Gasoline costs have been greatly reduced but companies keep sneaking in this additional cost. Second time I have used Precision. Happy with their work both times and will use again when needed.

Colin from Precision Garage Doors arrived at my home to do a pre-winter inspection on my double garage door and single garage door scheduling an appointment last week. After inspecting the garage doors Colin showed me a couple things on the doors that should be replaced now and a few things that will need replaced in the future. The most important item was the spring on the single door that could cause wear on my opener. I approved to have the single door spring replaced and appreciated Colin making his recommendations with valuable information and not as a pushy sales person I have experienced with other garage door companies. I had Colin add Precision Garage Door stickers on my doors handy for my wife to call if needed with further garage door issues. The office staff Angie and others were pleasant to work with and kept me updated when Colin was on his way for my appointment. Precision Garage Doors is my #1 choice for garage door tuning and service.

Courteous and timely service and service tech was very friendly. The pricing for the actual unit seems too high to recommend. The adding of a energy surcharge and service call fees should be waved if you purchase the opener and have the unit installed. Should have been at least $150 cheaper.

Oh we definitely swiped right for Colin 100% We weren't sure if we signed up for a date or a repair with the confirmation text we got lol. Colin was excellent all the way around. We had a broken spring that needed replaced for sure but he also informed us of all the other issues we had that we did not know about. He was not a "salesman" about it just fully informative or what parts were weak and was not pushy about a sale other than what we originally called for. Very professional while also able to laugh and be personable at the same time while also saving us a little money as well. Highly recommend Colin for any service you need. He still didn't give a clear answer if we were goin kayaking together or not after the service was completed but we have high hopes still. 10/10 still recommend company and Colin with one "L"
