After getting frustrated with a competitor for not being courteous and not calling me back when they said they would, I gave Precision a call. I couldn’t be more pleased with Precision. Shoutout to Alissa for her courteous customer service on my first and only phone call. I called around 9:30am and she told me they would be there between 12 and 3 the same day. And then they showed up a little after 11! Drew was excellent. Explained what the problem was, provided 3 different repair options, and had my garage door back in good working operation in about an hour and a half! Thanks again Drew! A spring broke on my garage door. Precision had a technician come out to repair it within a couple of hours. The technician, Drew, was fantastic! He was personable, polite, and very knowledgeable. Garage door spring broke on Saturday evening. Went online and scheduled for Sunday morning. Also New Years Eve Day for service appt. Technician Drew T arrived as scheduled. Analyzed the issue. Presented and explained a repair plan and answered any questions that we had. Agreed to that plan and Drew professionally went about his work to repair the broken door and leave us in great shape in a very short time, with parts from the truck.
