Eli was prompt and did a good job. My issue is he wanted to charge us $1,600 to replace several things. I found that a little suspicious bc our friend had just had your company come out to fix his garage door spring and the tech told him the exact same thing and quoted $1,600 also. Seemed a little odd that both of us needed the EXACT same package. It was also odd bc he told me the spring had been replaced 4 times- but we didn’t use you before, so not sure where he came up with four times….. But nonetheless, he was on time, courteous and did a good job for the repair. So no issues with Eli…. But I think your business model is a little shady. Also, if I had a way to email you directly I would done that rather than through this site.

Eli did a great job. He called ahead with an arrival time and after an introduction he immediately went to work and quickly replaced the rollers and oiled them. He did a thorough job of explaining the moving parts of the door and what kind of time frame the different parts would last. He wrote up a quote for any future repairs that we might expect on these 50 year old doors which was extremely helpful. All in all, a great experience from a very professional young man. Based on Eli’s work, I would recommend your company to friends and family.

Eli did a great job of explaining options to me to choose the best route to replace my garage door opener. He completed the job in more than a reasonable amount of time (all by himself!). He happily did the extra work to replace the rubber seal on the door as well. He was very professional in his appearance and attitude. No one is happy when it comes time to have to pay for a repair, but this was long overdue and I appreciated how easy the process was!

I had been in need of having someone check out why my garage door wasn't operating properly. Monday evening I saw the commercial for your company on television. Tuesday morning I called and was given a time that afternoon. Shortly after my call, I received a call from a very nice lady in your office advising me that she had a technician that could actually come out within in the hour if I wanted. The technician was here in about 30 minutes to check out the problem. Eli was the technician and was very informative as to what he was doing and why. He was only here for a very short while and had the problem diagnosed and repaired in no time flat! I would definitely call your company in the future if needed.
