Eric was born in Lafayette, IN, and has lived in Fishers for the last 25 years. He has a business management degree from Ball State University. He has been married for almost 25 years and has two daughters. Eric is quite the outdoorsman and adventurist, he is an Eagle Scout, and a licensed sport pilot. He enjoys camping and boating with his family, and when he's not working hard at Precision Door he coaches his daughters sports teams, and plays adult league soccer. Eric enjoys traveling and only has two states left to visit Hawaii, and Alaska to have been to all 50.

I was thrilled when the technicians showed up even earlier than the stated time. Both gentlemen were courteous and efficient. They took the time to give me a mini-lesson on garage doors and to explain my options before beginning the task of liberating my car and repairing the door. They were finished in no time and I was on my way to work!

Precision scheduled same-day service. Weather was horrible (snow, again) but Eric still arrived within the scheduled time and performed the repair very quickly. He was very thorough in explaining the problem with the opener and the suggested repairs. Eric and the Precision team were very professional.

We actually had many things repaired. The garage door opener, springs, rollers, and a couple of other things. Eric was very professional and explained everything to me. Very pleased with the whole experience. Not so happy that it ended up costing so much...but it needed to be done right.

Eric did a wonderful job! He showed me the parts that needed to be repaired and explained the reason why. He didn't oversell, which pleased (and surprised) me. I feel Eric was honest with me about what all should be repaired and what didn't need repairing. He mentioned a price before starting the repair, but when I told him I received a lower quote from the person on the phone (the Sunday answering call center), Eric said he would honor their price. Again, that pleased (and surprised) me. I am very happy I chose Precision for my repairs. I will definitely recommend your company to my family and friends.

Precision Garage Door was excellent. They came at the scheduled time and Eric was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was amazed at the promptness and professionalism shown by Precision. I called in on Wednesday and they were here at 8:30 a.m. just as they told me they would be. Being self employed myself for over 35 years, it is hard to find anyone anymore who actually does what they say they will do and actually cares about the customer. I thought I was a dying breed but Precision Doors showed me they still have the great work ethic and consideration for their customers that seems to be a thing of the past for most businesses. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Very satisfy with the job this guys did, they arrived when they said they would. Very professional and clean work, they fixed the garage door motor opener, also they replace the spring and the cables. They replaced some of the hardware, and they did it fast, however they showed to me what they did and they proved that they did it right, (because I was little skeptical) I asked them a lot of questions. Overall I am very satisfied with this company.

Close by and prompt excellent service. The technician explained everything they found and gave me options to repair/replace parts on my garage door. The spring had broken and bearings were worn out. He showed me the failures and why, and the impact on the door. Their ad was very helpful in making a decision to hire them.

The technician was fantastic. He explained the problem, showed what my door parts should look like, what the problem was doing, and explained what could likely happen if I did nothing. He was not pushy, explained the facts and let me decide. I only gave 4 stars because the pricing seems high but the technician and his work is 5 stars. Oh also, his personal appearance and behavior were both professional, felt very safe letting him into my home.
