Really good service earlier this week. Our garage door spring had broken and Kevin was the tech who came out to fix it. He is very friendly and well-suited to his job. He looked things over, gave me a few options of what else could be repaired and what could wait, so that I could make the best decision for my budget. He didn't do any hard-sell which is appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the repairs were done! We will use this company and Kevin again in the future when needed.

called for an appointment and received same day service. Andrew called and could come early which worked out. He gave me several options and no pressure on which ones to choose. Answered my questions without influencing my decision. Replaced everything except the actual door, did a fantastic job. I cannot even hear the door open now, it is amazing. The Precision service rep, Kevin Ulery,was on time, was very respectful and outlined other possible problems beyond the initial reason for the service call the that might occur within the next three to five years and the related cost if I wanted to consider a repair today. He blew out any leaves and loose dirt from my garage before leaving and also programmed my garage door opener into my car. I would be most happy to recommend Precision, and Kevin in particular, to family, friends and neighbors.

Kevin conducted warranty work for a broken spring. The lifetime warranty we received 10 years ago was honored without hesitation! Kevin called ahead and arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window we were given. As he conducted his work Kevin explained exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. Upon completion Kevin made sure he had not dropped anything and made sure the area was clean. Our garage door is back in operation and working perfectly. I would highly recommend Precision and Kevin especially. Kevin was very friendly and informative and a true professional in every way. My rating for Precision and Kevin is 6 Stars as they totally exceeded expectations!!!!! I will always call Precision for any garage door work!!!

This was a great experience from start to finish. I called in the morning and the operator told me he would send out Kevin between 12 and 3. Sure enough, at 12:30 Kevin called and arrived shortly thereafter. I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, helpful or courteous technician. He inspected the door and the motor and confirmed my opinion that it needed to be replaced. He also showed me wear on my door mechanics that could potentially be a problem. We discussed a number of options and once I had decided what I wanted, he went right to work. When he finished, he not only went over the work and made sure I understood each part that was replaced and how it functioned, but he even swept the garage clean of the leaves that had blown in! I was very happy with his professionalism and his obvious attention to detail.

Kevin was our service man and did a great job. A cable broke but he said that there were other issues of which he took care of. He was not pushy and said he could get the door to work but that other items were worn. He gave us the price and we agreed to get the door in good working order.

The parts are so much better than the original installed, the warranty is excellent, and the techs are great. Called on time, showed up on time, worked quickly and extremely cleanly.
