Nick was awesome! He called around 15-20 minutes ahead of his arrival, which was greatly appreciated. The install of the new motor, as well as the other parts and pieces, was seamless. We returned home from a trip to a broken spring and couldn’t get into our garage. It was late so I waited until morning to start the process of finding a reputable servicing company. I Googled garage door repair and was drawn to your website and reviews. I went to the chat box and within 5 minutes had an appointment scheduled for a 11:00 - 1:00 time window. Kevin, the technician, called by 11:00 and said he was on his way. Kevin was great, explaining everything and giving me options for the repair. Precision and Kevin get a 5 Star rating from this very satisfied customer for their quick and professional service!

We called Precision in Indianapolis Tuesday evening for a repair. They were able to get us scheduled first thing Wed. morning. Kevin (the tech) called Wed morning to be certain the time still worked for us. He arrived when he said he would, in uniform with his name on it, and introduced himself. He kept us informed of what he would be doing. Kevin clearly stated what would be needed to get garage door functioning again. He laid out what needed to be done to get door functioning and the price. He also quoted on other things that may be an issue, but never pressured us. Kevin was straight forward, kind and made the repairs in a timely manner! Thank you!!!

Kevin was awesome! He took the extra time to explain the issues I was having with the garage door. He then proceeded to give me a number of options that would best fit my budget and needs. It was very nice when I called Precision and got an appointment for the same day! I really appreciate the courtesy shown by Kevin, the technician, by calling and letting me know when in the appointment window he expected to be at my house. That same courtesy was shown by doing a complete inspection of all parts before giving an estimate of repairs needed and getting my approval before beginning any work. I understood exactly what we were paying for and why. I am very pleased that in addition to working again, my doors are much quieter than they were before! Thank you Precision!

I ultimately chose Precision due to its customer rating. I was not disappointed. The service was timely and Kevin the technician was very detailed and thorough. I had a broken spring (1 of 2) on a double door. Kevin walked me through several options to help me make an informed decision, of which I chose the Door Re-Build. I am happy with my decision and will be back for any future needs.
