Kudos to both Kevin Ulery and Paul Panzica. Not only excellent customer service, but courteous, polite, honest and very professional. Not only did they call twice to let us know our status, they explained all the options available to us in repairing our garage door opener. We decided to replace the garage door opener. The workmanship was outstanding, they explained the new system and afterwards were meticulous in their cleanup. Would highly recommend for any garage door work that needs to be done. Thanks again.

I was very pleased with Precision Overhead Doors, with the technician who was thorough and extremely pleasant, the work he performed in a very timely manner, his promptness, courtesy call to say when he would be here and the price I had to pay. I'd highly recommend them for any garage door work. Also, even though we had to delay the work by one day, the girl gave me the first time slot (between 8 &11) and the technician was here shortly after 8 and was finished by 10:30.

The technicians were polite and upbeat. I appreciated the prompt service I received since I was unable to exit my garage because door would not operate correctly. I do feel that Precision prices were inflated. My two neighbors entire garage rebuild, (including a new door and a new key pad and opener) which I did not receive was only a 100.00 more than I paid. But, in an emergency I had to go with the inflated costs of material.

First of all the response time was incredible. My spring broke late at night and while I didn't need an immediate response they were still out at my house first thing in the morning at 8:00 AM. Kevin Ulery was our technician and he was absolutely fantastic. He conducted himself with the utmost professionalism the entire time he was here. Not only did he fix the broken spring but he inspected the rest of the door and diagnosed a few other problems. He was honest about the need for the repair by letting us know that it wasn't an immediate problem but that it would become one sooner rather than later. He also made a few adjustments to the opener to increase the effectiveness and overall life of the door and opener. On top of all that he swept out my entire garage leaving his workspace CLEANER than when he arrived. We are 1000% satisfied with Precision as a company and with Kevin as our technician. We will definitely be calling Precision and requesting Kevin with any future garage door needs.

I must say I was very impressed with Kevin, both as a technician and a delightful person. I felt as though I've known him all my life - that's just the way he makes you feel. Kevin was very thorough and explained things to me and my daughter a few times (especially me!). Ha Ha Ha I truly enjoyed his good nature and friendliness. He knew his stuff that's for sure. You have a great guy working for your company and I hope you realize that. Also I want to thank Joel for helping me out by allowing me to extend my payment until my check has cleared my bank. Really good service earlier this week. Our garage door spring had broken and Kevin was the tech who came out to fix it. He is very friendly and well-suited to his job. He looked things over, gave me a few options of what else could be repaired and what could wait, so that I could make the best decision for my budget. He didn't do any hard-sell which is appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the repairs were done! We will use this company and Kevin again in the future when needed.

I'd figured out that my sensors were damaged when I'd only lived in my new house for a few months. I randomly found Precision online and the guy answering the phone was very nice and offered to get someone out to me the next morning. Kevin, the tech, arrived and assessed the situation and gave me realistic options with varying prices and no pressure; just honest truths about what I had, what was needed, and what could be done as a resolution. He was very professional and got me set up with a more appropriate horsepower unit for the weight of my garage door. He explained what was happening beyond burned out sensors and left me to make a very educated decision about replacing my entire unit now versus the alternative of having the entire unit struggle and potentially die within 2-8 months. The new unit is great and super silent. I can now use my smartphone to control the door and also check if it's up or down while I'm away from the house. Much thanks to Kevin and Precision for a wonderful experience with something that was very foreign to me as a first-time homeowner!
