I am very positively impressed with Mr. Mike Felton. He was well-mannered, listen carefully to my explanation of the problem and correctly diagnosed where was the problem. His diagnosis was based on his experience and was different from my guessing. I asked him who could change worn out rubber strip that seals the door with the floor. He checked the vehicle and pulled out the rubber band. He explained to me the cost of material and labor and using proper tools removed the old strip and installed the new one. Also, he made some additional adjustments. He explained some useful facts about this type of doors that I will use in the future. I really like this company.

Hi there, I am delighted with the service I have received from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. My main spring broke on Monday afternoon. I called in at 4:50 PM. The Technician, Mike showed up early the next day by 11:00 AM! Unheard of response time! He did a full system check and educated me on my options. My door was fixed within 15 minutes! I can't get a light bulb changed faster than that! Thank you so much :)

Mike Felton was great! He assessed the damage and did an overall inspection and determine our door, which is over 18 years old, would be best if replaced. There were numerous areas that were failing. He is used to repairing a garage door but he handled the sales process with ease and was very helpful in explaining the different options available so my husband and I could make an educated decision. He also spent some time making adjustments to our current door so it can continue to function until our new door arrives. Thank you Mike for your wonderful service!

My tech was Mike F and I can't say enough good things about him. On a scale of 1 to 5, Mike and his service would be a 9. He was excellent! It was pretty much a complete garage door repair. Other garage door companies have tried to correct certain problems, without success. I would definitely use Precision and Mike in the future. As far as products purchased, springs, cables, rollers, ets.

Mike replaced my garage door opener with a wifi model (belt drive), replaced by old plastic rollers with ball-bearing Teflon rollers, put new keypads in place and made all the right adjustments. He made sure to review everything with me and stayed until I had all my questions answered. Also, I received same day service which is important when your old garage door is mysterious opening and closing for no reason. I'm thrilled with the product, the professional installation, and the company. Thanks for taking care of me.
