I’ve been a precision customer for years - we were having problems with our garage door, closing on an inconsistent basis, so called Precision. RD J was our technician- he was able to identify the problem quickly and was very through and showing me via pictures and video as well as explaining what the issues were. I appreciated him showing me the components and the options for replacing them. He was able to fix everything while he was here. Our new system is very quiet and smoothly operating. Excellent service- highly satisfied.

Our remotes and keypad were not working consistently. We decided to get some professional help and I decided to call Precision after doing some research. RJ came right on time and asked pointed questions to help him get an idea of what might be going on. He then took time to diagnose and gave us several options, depending on how much we wanted to spend. We felt listened to and all of our questions/concerns were answered. A spring broke on my garage door. I scheduled online with Precision and received a reply that a technician would arrive between 8-10. Technician came, replaced the two springs and performed a tune up on all the door hardware. He noted a couple of items with wear and I agreed to have him replace them. Technician was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Great service. Will definitely use again if needed.

Thank you Precision Garage Door! I called with a concern regarding my garage door and they were at my house 90 minutes later! They could not make the repair that day, but the technician, RJ, did a great job explaining what the issue was and scheduled a time to come back out and fix it. On the day of the repair, RJ arrived on time, fix the issue and everything works great now. I’ve use Precision Garage Door in the past and will continue to use them for any future garage door needs.

Called them on Saturday at 3 - RJ was here in a hour! Amazing service and a very nice knowledgeable young man. Quick fix and said if I had any other problems call back and they would replace unit. RJ quickly evaluated the issues with my garage door opener and offered options for replacement (because it was an old model not easily repaired) and then quickly went to work. I had a working garage door opener in about 2 hours! He also helped me program remotes for it. Very kind and helpful!

Garage door spring broke and left us unable to open the door. I was able to schedule an appointment and same day, RJ was out to perform the fix. He was on time, courteous and thorough.
