RJ was born and raised in Colorado, where he enlisted in the US Army. He was stationed at Fort Bragg as part of the 82nd Airborne Division. He moved to Noblesville after he left the military and now serves in the Indiana National Guard. In his free time he enjoys traveling, the outdoors, riding motorcycles, and working on cars.

Joel was excellent. He arrived in a timely fashion. He was extremely knowledgeable. He gave us several options regarding our repairs. He did not try to talk us into spending money we didn't need to spend. He was was efficient with his repairs, and made sure we knew exactly what was being replaced and why. Garage door spring broke and left us unable to open the door. I was able to schedule an appointment and same day, RJ was out to perform the fix. He was on time, courteous and thorough. I felt well informed when he reviewed the estimate for replacing the spring and a few other items that he brought to my attention. From the minute I contacted Precision Garage Door on line everything went fine. I made an online appointment for the next day. It was promptly confirmed and the technician came on time the next morning. He did his inspection and told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I chose Precision initially because of the 5-star rating. The technician, RJ de Paz, arrived in a timely fashion. We discussed what I was wanting. He performed a safety check, then explained exactly what he had found. I appreciated the choices that he gave me, and he allowed me to make the decisions without pressure. He told me the length of time the job would require. After the work was completed, he talked me through the new components and made sure he answered all of my questions. I called this morning to request a service call to fix my garage door. It was very noisy and is old. Got an appointment right away for the same day, and the service technician called 15 minutes before the earliest time (my appointment was from 10:00am to 1:00pm.) and arrived about 10:05 am. He did an inspection and went over his findings with me. I decided to replace the opener and the spring as they were old (1993). He had the whole thing replaced and was finished before noon. The technician was very nice and thorough. I was very pleased with the whole process.
