My Garage door wasn’t opening correctly so I called Precision and they dispatched a technician who arrived exactly within the time period that was quoted. When Scott D. arrived he thoroughly inspected my garage door and diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes. Scott went above & beyond in explaining what was going on with my system and gave me options on what could/would happen with all of the scenarios. There was no high-pressure sales pitch and allowed me to do what made the best sense (physically & financially) to fix the immediate issue. Scott was very meticulous in his workmanship and got me back to ‘normal’ within 30 minutes.

I have to say I am very impressed with Precision Garage Door! I called this morning at around 4:00am because I was unable to get my garage door to open up. I was stuck!! I was unable to go to work.
