I selected the highest level of repair prefaced by asking Eric "What would you choose for YOUR OWN GARAGE? What I received was a top notch replacement of springs , high end motor, sensors etc, that operated so quietly ,you needed to look to check if it closed. Precision installed our garage door opener about a year ago. We have had some issues with the door opening "on its own". They came out the same day we called, and the tech checked it out. In the last 24 hours we have not had any further issues. The tech was polite and efficient. He thoroughly explained the issue and the steps he took to solve the problem. He was very helpful. Precision as a company is very professional and communicated with us before and after the tech was here. I highly recommend Precision.
