We had our garage door spring break on a Sunday evening and Precision was able to get a technician to our house first thing the following morning (which was greatly appreciated as our vehicles were trapped inside). While it was unfortunate that we needed repairs, our technician, Austin D., did a fantastic job of explaining the issues, and providing us with a detailed plan on what needed to be done as well as other options that would increase the lifespan of the door and motor. I cannot overstate how professional and knowledgeable Austin was, and he even went out of his way to avoid waking up our three month old son! Austin was not only professional, but he also explained things in a manner in which they were easy to understand, and he did not try and forcefully upsell us on items that were not necessary. The door was fixed in a timely and efficient manner and it is also much quieter thanks to the additional efforts that Austin put into his work. Thank you Precision for your timely and affordable services, and thank you Austin for being great at what you do. I will definitely use Precision again for my garage door service needs and I will be recommending them to anyone that is in need of their services!

In these days where it seems Customer Service has become an oxymoron, it is truly a pleasure to share that our experience with Precision Garage Door was extraordinary! Our expectations were exceeded in every sense! I backed into our garage door damaging the bottom quarter panel. I was fearing the worst thinking we would have to replace the entire door. We purchased the door and opener new right at five years ago from Precision. I called Precision and the next day Andrew S. from Precision arrived. He assessed the damage and shared he believed he could repair the door whilst salvaging the bottom quarter panel. He quoted us a price and shared that if his repair did not fix the door he would not charge us for the repair knowing we would have to replace the bottom quarter panel bottom quarter panel. Frankly, I was not optimistic, BUT I am thrilled to share his repair worked! Andrew S. was in and out in less than an hour! He was prompt, courteous, professional, personable, AND ethical. Even though we live in Anderson, without hesitation I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Indy and Andrew S.!
