A very nice lady kept me informed on when my tech would arrive. The tech called to tell me he was 10 minutes away. They came out, didn't pressure me to buy anything. I can afford the higher end, but he didn’t know that going in and provided multiple options, which I appreciated. Our technician was very professional under unusual circumstances in the area. A neighbor committed suicide and there were many police and other personnel around. After things calmed down a little, he continued his work and completed it in the time frame he told us.

Called Monday morning and spoke with Mandy. Super polite and able to get me scheduled same day. Nick was the technician. Wasn’t home but he contacted me and explained all the work needing to be done. Of course like any service call, more would be required to fix my overhead door. Nick was extremely professional in explaining why it was more than originally thought needed to be replaced. Site unseen, can’t blame him for that! He got everything repaired/replaced and the overhead is working great. Had to contact the office next day. This time I spoke with Alyssa and then Amanda. Both are professional and courteous. Amanda assured me that they’re a customer oriented company. They proved it with me and will be always recommended anytime I’m asked about overhead doors. If the boss is reading this, Mandy, Alyssa, Nick & Amanda all need raises!
