Precision was amazing. They came out within an hour to fix our door. They knew we needed to get our car out and sent Pat out as soon as they could. Pat was great and he was able to do the repair under an hour! He was wonderful!

Was very pleased with the service. Technician was polite and explained everything to me. I opted to have opener replaced since it was 20 years old. Door had had some work done in 2018 by previous homeowner. He was finished in time frame he said it would take. Rating by BBB was a factor in choosing your company plus a friend had recently your company.

I called Precision Garage Door Service after watching their commercials promising quick service. They did not disappoint. The technician, Eric Gellenbeck, was VERY professional, knowledgeable, and had my garage doors working great within a very short time. I was also impressed by the amount of repair parts carried on their trucks, no waiting for parts to be ordered or a return trip to install.

My garage spring broke Saturday afternoon and I called to have someone come out and was so happy they were able to send me someone that same day. I have to say, 5 stars all around for Precision and their tech Ben H. My wife and I heard a loud bang in our garage in the middle of the night and could not for the life of us figure out what had happened. The next morning, my wife tried lifting the garage door to go to work, and it wouldn’t go up. After further inspection, i noticed that the left torsion spring had snapped completely in two. I called Precision and they were able to get a tech out same day, and the tech Ben was able to get it fixed in less than an hour! And now the garage is working better than ever. I can truly say, they will have my business moving forward in the future.

I looked at the ratings and it was all 5 stars. I am recently widowed and trying to figure out how to take care of our home of 23 yrs. It seems this the year everything seems to start breaking. I called Precision and they had someone that was able to come out and help me within a 2 hour window, which was such a blessing to me. Austin showed up and was so kind and helpful. I trusted him and knew he wouldn’t try to over charge me just because I was a woman living alone. He fixed my door and the charge was acceptable. Hi…. I choose Precision Garage door while looking through google and noticed I could set my own hours to book a time that is convenient for me.. I placed my appointment my self and asked for hours between 10a-12p gave my cell phone info for a next day service, and “BOOM”, customer service called me to confirm my service just like that! I was impressed! By the way I did call AHS and they referred me to someone who I had to wait several days for him to come out. ( both of my vehicles were still and my garage for 2 days since Thursday and Friday , and maybe Monday! ???????? You guys are awesome with fixing my problem within 12 hours from me setting my appointment! Your service deems professional at the highest and I appreciate that! ????????????????

Mike more than met my expectations. He arrived to reprogram my car remote which he did. While here he noticed that my cables were rusting, and my garage door was not sealing at the floor. He offered to provide a quote and within an hour the repairs were finished. I am a 'happy camper'.
