Precision Door Service of Indianapolis exceeded our expectations. We called to schedule an appointment late in the evening and they had a technician out the next morning. The technician was friendly helpful and extremely efficient. He covered everything with us before he started and explained all of our options in detail and allowed us time to make the decision. We were extremely satisfied with the service provided and will be calling them for any garage services in the future.

I saw the truck in my neighbors driveway and went over to investigate. I found they were getting an new garage door opener installed. I had been considering an opener replacement and after talking with the technician, I was SOLD. I had the opener installed the next day and could not be more pleased. The product was explained and the ratings shared. The installation was seamless, quick, clean and complete. Needed repairs were made, my cars were programmed, the internet interface was in full working order and nothing was left to question. The service tech (Mike Keeley) did an awesome job and I highly recommend him. Don't be disappointed, be satisfied beyond expectations. Call Precision!

I have used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service before and have come to expect excellence from them. Today was no exception when I call them today to perform a routine service. Mike was sent out to perform the task. He was clean cut and courteous. Mike explained to me what he was going to do and began performing the task. He found 3 problems with my door and explained what it would take to repair them. I picked one and he immediately set out to repair the door. Mike said to keep watch over the other 2 items and if they got worse, to call Precision. He was very professional, knowledgeable and performed all task in a timely manner. It is very refreshing that a company sends out technicians who are proficient and care about the customer and the quality of work they perform. I will always use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Thank you Mike for a job well done.
