Our technician was Kevin U. who called to advise he when he would arrive and arrived when he said he would be here. Kevin is an extremely knowledgeable professional who not only knows his job and how to fix problems but also loves what he does and it shows. He not only fixed our problem (broken torsion spring) but helped us improve the working order of our garage door (cables, rollers, new and much improved garage door opener). He is an engaging and polite young man who took the time to go over what was wrong and offered us options to improve the functioning and performance of our garage door. Our neighbors noticed your truck in our driveway and asked about our experience and we shared the same as above. We would welcome Kevin back anytime--he is that good. You have an extremely valuable asset in Kevin.

My technician was Brock D. Brock was awesome and was able to repair my broken door quickly and was able to work with us to come up with a creative solution to work with our budget. He also went above and beyond to repair a safety issue while still keeping the total cost in our budget and took the time to explain what future preventative maintenance we will want to do to keep our garage door running for many years to come. We will be using this service again in the future.

Contacted company in the morning and I was able to get a service scheduled for the afternoon. Drew called to confirm the visit and the expected time of arrival. Soon after I received a text with Drew’s bio. That was my first time receiving information about the technician from any company. I thought it was brilliant! Drew arrived at promised time, he checked the garage door and went over in details of his findings. He presented me with 3 options on how he could fix the problem and price points. Which made me feel comfortable as this was an unexpected expense. He efficiently fixed the door and went over in details of the parts he had changed and also warranty. Drew has great customer service skills, very friendly and shows he cares about the customer. I am in the customer service industry and understand the importance of keeping and retaining great people to represent your company and Drew is one them. He must be recognized! Thank you Drew for the great work fixing my garage door, applying the coupon savings and also for making it quiet. Did not realize how loud it was until now. Enjoy your beautiful family and when your babies are grown up, you can go back to riding your motorcycle again.

Amazing Service! Called on Sunday and they came out on Memorial Day. The Tech Brock D was knowlegable and friendly. Had all faulty equipment replaced and serviced. Price seemed resonable. Warrenty on work was given.

The technician examined the mechanics of my door and told me everything he saw that needed to be addressed, and what was still in good working order. My experience with Precision Garage Doors was absolutely amazing. I am pretty much used to little or no cut timer service- but this company has not forgotten who pays their salary. Everyone was so kind, friendly and courteous. They kept in close contact right up until the serviceman arrived. He was so attentive and professional.
