Josh B. from Precision arrived about 2 to 3 hours after I called and diagnosed several problems with our garage door and opener. It was pretty loud and failing to open intermittently. He made some recommendations and gave us a couple of options for different price levels. Once we made our choice he got right to work and was finished completely in less than 2 hours, including clean up. Now we're checking to make sure it is working because it is so quiet! We plan to be here a while so we appreciate the 7 year parts and labor warranty that came with our opener and repairs.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Stunned with this entire experience. I made an appointment - on a Saturday morning - in a chat on the company’s website… it took literally 3 minutes. Technician Christopher T. called and gave me a 20 minute warning for his on-time arrival. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered multiple options for this major repair, all focused on quickly getting my door working again AND explaining the factors related to safety where corners just can’t be cut. He finished the work in less time than he suggested it might take… and charged me precisely what he had quoted - even though he discovered the need for an additional part. In a market saturated with companies offering to do this type of work, it’s hard to know who to call in an emergency. THIS IS THE COMPANY TO CALL!! And repeated kudos for Christopher T. I will be requesting him specifically for future repair and maintenance on my door.
