Great service from Mike. Appreciated being able to use coupon for service call. The other coupons for rollers and springs were for cheaper ones but not for the nicer, better, longer lasting ones. Should be able to use coupon for either. That was disappointing.

Just moved to Fishers, IN and chose Precision Garage Door from the internet. As it turned out they had serviced the door at the residence prior to our purchasing the home. They were prompt, courteous and solved my problems. Ended up purchasing a new door opener, controls and some rollers because my 24 year old door and opener was tired. They explained the difficulty and they were correct. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

I was a repeat customer but had a terrible experience from loosing my new remote to damaging my brand new $800 bike, my garage left in total mess and the weather strip is not on straight. Did I mention it took 6 hours for a one car garage to be installed. Also. The door was supposed to match my neighbors and it’s not. I’m totally unhappy with my experience.

Wonderful service and Brandon explained all charges and offerings. He is a great representative of your company-friendly and very efficient. I had an issue and Brandon came out the very next morning early. Also Alyssa who answered the phone was very concerned for me and set up the appointment promptly. All in all, I was very impressed by both of them. Nice to have a real person answering the phone.
