I called at 3pm and was told that a technician would call before coming between 4pm and 7pm the same day. at about 3:40 i had a knock on the door from Ryan L. He said that he left a voicemail. I found that he did. about an hour later, i had a functioning garage door. I had both Springs, Spring Rod Bearings, and 10 rollers all replaced, and the door springs adjusted. Ryan showed me the bottom price, and then he explained all the options and the price increases involved. I certainly Appreciated Ryan's promptness and knowledge of all the what if's in choosing the cheapest route to the route that I chose to go. My wife actually told me about Precision Garage Door services. She had called them back when I was deployed a few years ago. My experience from Calling to having a functioning garage door was exactly what my wife remembered about the service that she had done at our previous home while I was deployed. I highly recommend giving Precision a call.

I would highly recommend Precision. The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to repair our door within an hour. The operator was also able to keep me informed as to when the technician would arrive. Our garage door operates better than when it was new.

This is my first experience with Precision Garage doors. I must say that I am completely satisfied with the service we received from the garage door technician from Precision. Kevin did a great job, understandably explained the options and was very friendly and professional. He arrived within the window of time promised, installed new springs and identified and mitigated future issues with other moving parts, ultimately saving me money and headache. I am confident that the new springs and other parts that were needed effectively took care of my garage door for many years to come. Highly recommend.

Appointment for general inspection/tune-up as garage door was not functioning properly. Mike was very thorough in his review of our garage door. Technician did a great job explaining what the problem was and what my options are. He gave me several options . He did a great work and replaced garage door opener and springs . One problem I see is that garage door opener did not have other brands such as chamberlain, over head genie . It was only precision brand!

I had a new garage door motor installed and then a new garage door 2 weeks after. The team was excellent and all went very smoothly. The door is SO much quieter!
