Great service. Technician was Josh B. Arrived on time, great communication. Professional and friendly. Provided me with an honest assessment of my situation and fixed my garage door without any issues. He corrected some problems that I would have had later by spending the time to fine tune my system after the repairs were done. The whole door is operating more smoothly and quieter than it ever has. I would highly recommend using precision to anyone.

I called yesterday to schedule a repair for my garage door opener. They were able to get me in the next day (Sunday morning). They located my account immediately and also informed me that the opener was still under warranty so there would be no charge for the visit or parts. The service person was polite and professional, and made the repairs within an hour. It couldn’t have been a better experience

We chose Precision because of location and high ratings. It was easy to schedule online, but we also called the office and received a courteous, professional response. We appreciated the phone calls to check in and give us updates regarding arrival time. When Mike arrived, he was friendly and knowledgeable. He communicated well with us and completed our repair in a timely manner. We liked the text with a little bio about Mike, so we had an introduction to our service person before he arrived. Our garage door is working great!

I called Precision Garage Door Service ("Precision") based on the excellent reviews I saw online. One of the doors no longer opened and the other one needed some improvement. I called in the morning and Mike, the technician, arrived within a couple of hours the same day. He was extremely courteous, pleasant, professional, and helpful. He went as far as helping me with a clogged gutter over the garage doors! After he left, both garage doors were fixed and worked well. The new motor he installed on the door that did not open no longer made any noise. I can hardly hear that door when it goes up or down. The other door, which has an older motor, is also more silent thanks to new parts that Mike installed. I highly recommend Precision for their rapid response and the quality of their work.

Mike F Came to check frayed wire ends that I noticed were hanging out the back of motor. He eased my mind and said it was not a fire hazard or dangerous, just not finished properly when the original electrical work was done in the garage. He trimmed the wires and put a cap on the ends. Now no wires hanging. He also did a general check of the door and system to make sure everthing was working properly. Thank you Mike.

Problem was the sender tech from door one was impacting door three. Technician explained this an issue they have communicated to Genie. Resolution was to attach a piece of cardboard tobthe sender for door 3 that blocks the signal from door one.

Pat is a good asset to your company. He arrived and made an inspection of the door including the track and rollers. Explaining each step thoroughly he made the necessary adjustments making the door travel easier. He did make a statement that he had not worked on a commercial motor before but didn’t hesitate to learn and make adjustments so the door would operate properly solving the issue that I had called about. Had a total garage door fail. Called Precision Garage Door Service and they had a technician out in a very timely manner. Our service technician, Teddy, did a very good job explaining what was wrong with the door and mechanism and gave us 3 options from a band-aid to a full up repair that would last years. I chose the full up repair with a 7 year warranty and am very pleased with the work. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

Very pleasant and knowledgeable service guy, explained everything to us and showed us how to use the new opener. Programmed my truck to open and close the garage door in my truck. I was very pleased with his work. The old unit was over 20 years old and he said there were some serious safety issues with the old unit. Thanks Brandon for fixing our garage door
