Had 2 doors and openers all replaced. Very pleased with everything. From the initial stage, Analisa was very helpful with the door design and selection. The installer Dakota did an amazing job - he is very thorough and meticulous with his work. He even took the time to explain everything once he was finished. Will 100% recommend!

Eli did a great job. He called ahead with an arrival time and after an introduction he immediately went to work and quickly replaced the rollers and oiled them. He did a thorough job of explaining the moving parts of the door and what kind of time frame the different parts would last. He wrote up a quote for any future repairs that we might expect on these 50 year old doors which was extremely helpful. All in all, a great experience from a very professional young man. Based on Eli’s work, I would recommend your company to friends and family.

He was professional and offered three options to resolve my issue (spring had broken so garage door could not be opened. Very fast response! Patrick was very professional and clear on what was broken or worn on the garage doors as well as options and costs to repair. Kevin was awesome! We had a minor issue with the door and I called in a panic, as we couldn't get the door down manually, nor would it reconnect after the power outage. He arrived quickly, and in a few minutes, he discovered and solved the problem. While here, he checked the doors and got us back in business. He was very personable and we really appreciate his thoroughness.

We have had Precision out several times in the past few weeks to install new garage doors and make a repair (unfortunately my husband and I both ran into garage doors the past few weeks). The guys that came out were extremely professional and kind. Precision sends you a text ahead of time to let you know they are on their way- in this text is information about the person coming to your house- a nice little bio- it makes it more personal to know who you are expecting. Chris, Dakota and Mike have all been great. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone needing work on their garage doors!
