I ask if anyone was around to get a estimate; she asked for what services I told her on a spring and she gave me a price right then.Doesn't usually happen like that most times someone else has to call you back, well done. Josh came on time and fixed me up, all was done well. Need more of this type of service. 5 stars+

We've had issues with our garage door not closing intermittently. We had two other companies come out to assess the situation and only ended up doing a tune up. Mike came out and immediately identified several issues that were a problem with the initial installation. He gave us a couple different options, the cheaper being to replace sensors and to provide some additional hardware for stability. It worked! It sounds so much different and closes without fail every time. So happy!

Same day service was provided on a complicated garage door issue. My service rep, Martin, was responsive, professional, and provided much expertise and a range of options for repairs. I really appreciated his confidence in getting the door working again and quickly. I may need to invest more in this door in the future but I appreciate the non-hassle approach and will use Precision Door again. I would give Martin 6 stars if I could.
