My technician was Brock D. Brock was awesome and was able to repair my broken door quickly and was able to work with us to come up with a creative solution to work with our budget. He also went above and beyond to repair a safety issue while still keeping the total cost in our budget and took the time to explain what future preventative maintenance we will want to do to keep our garage door running for many years to come. We will be using this service again in the future.

Contacted company in the morning and I was able to get a service scheduled for the afternoon. Drew called to confirm the visit and the expected time of arrival. Soon after I received a text with Drew’s bio. That was my first time receiving information about the technician from any company. I thought it was brilliant! Drew arrived at promised time, he checked the garage door and went over in details of his findings. He presented me with 3 options on how he could fix the problem and price points. Which made me feel comfortable as this was an unexpected expense. He efficiently fixed the door and went over in details of the parts he had changed and also warranty. Drew has great customer service skills, very friendly and shows he cares about the customer. I am in the customer service industry and understand the importance of keeping and retaining great people to represent your company and Drew is one them. He must be recognized! Thank you Drew for the great work fixing my garage door, applying the coupon savings and also for making it quiet. Did not realize how loud it was until now.
