Kevin was superb. He was on time and gave it to me straight. I wanted the services he could provide and he performed exceptionally. He showed me what was wrong with my opener and how to fix it. After servicing my door he made sure I knew exactly how to use it and what each improvement would accomplish. Kevin was also very personable. He established rapport right away and continued to do so throughout the process. He is a true professional. Thank you for sending him to me to complete this task! Kevin is an asset to your organization and to the industry as a whole.

Made an appointment easily. Technician showed up EARLY and did an amazing job. He explained everything very well, gave me choices of what I could have done, and executed the work quickly and efficiently. He even went so far as to carry my stupid heavy Christmas tree out to my garage for this old lady! HIGHLY recommend this company! And if you can, get Drew to be your technician.

What can I say about Eric G. What a great guy. Told him what I was looking for and what I needed. He answered all my questions and even made some adjustments. I was looking to replace two very old garage door openers that were noisy and wore out. I even needed to replace the weather stripping on the bottom of the door and replace the old plastic rollers. Eric was great to deal with and he never once tried to sell me something that I did not need and that is what I appreciate. I will definitely be calling precision again.

Mike was great!!! He replaced springs and rollers on our wooden garage door. The work was done in a timely fashion and we appreciated being quoted a price after his assessment, but before starting the job. We were given multiple repair options. Mike was very professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. We will definitely use Precision again!

Austin did a fantastic job. He phoned about 45 minutes before arriving for the service call. Although I was at work, he sent me pictures of the problems he was finding with my 16 year old opener. He gave me options for repairs and everything was installed and cleaned up before I got home. Great service!

Excellent rating on computer search, a mailer I had in file, and close to my location. Door closer was not functioning for down travel. Repairman Mike arrived within an hour, was able to correct the problem with my opener, completed an inspection, lubricated the door components, and adjusted the travel. He was exceptionally courteous and at the same time thorough, and is an excellent employee.

Technician Austin D did a great job providing exactly what I needed. He re-programmed a broken remote, helped me program a new car to open the garage door, and installed a keypad outside the garage. Austin explained each step clearly as he went and I was thrilled with the service he provided. It also came in under the price I was expecting to pay! I would be thrilled to have Austin back for any other garage door needs we may have in the future.
