I contacted Precision because my garage door would not close and the cable to lift the door had completely broken off the unit. The staff was very professional and explained the process thoroughly when scheduling my appointment. They were very accommodating working around my schedule. My technician was Tyler Galloway. Tyler was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what the problem was and gave me several options on fixing the problem. He was very professional, respectful and efficient and was timely with repair, contacting me when he was on his way. I would recommend Precision and technician Tyler Galloway to anyone who needs garage door repair. Very professional and respectful, I can't say that enough. 5 stars and if I could give higher I would. Wonderful company!

Mike took the time to diagnose what was wrong with old unit, then outlined in writing what our expenses would be to either repair it or replace it with a ‘good,’ better’ or ‘best’ unit. Needed a part replaced on my garage door. Precision came out the next morning and did an inspection of the door. Found springs to be worn, as well as cable drums. Showed me the worn parts, no high pressured sales. I checked prices with other providers and Precision was in line price-wise. Work was done efficiently and professionally. I'd use them again.

From the phone call to set up the appointment to the time Eric (the awesome technician) left my driveway. Precision was nothing but professional, kind and understanding. I want to also thank Eric's boss for working out a price I could work with in our family's budget. Eric ( the awesome technician) was very understanding and didn't want to leave my family with a broken garage door. Eric did a great job, was quick and thorough he installed a new spring,bearings,rod and a roller. My door is quite and smooth operating now. So very pleased with Precision Overhead Garage Door.
