Technician Mike was friendly and hard working. Replacing a very old wooden door on an old garage was challenging, and he had to retrofit some things to get the job done right. He did great work, and went above and beyond. When he was done he told me that his company could return at no charge and replace an entire panel because it had a barely noticeable "ding" on the inside. I said "no" but was very impressed with that offer!

Josh Brewer was the technician who came to provide me with an additional garage door opener as well as to do routine service on my garage door. He found some concerning maintenance issues and thoroughly explained them to me as well as to two gentlemen who serve with me on the Board of Directors here at Lions Head Condominiums. It was determined that wee would opt for a repair that would provide us with a long-term solution. Josh was articulate, knowledgeable,and finished the work quickly. It is my intent to recommend to our Board, the we consider Precision Door Service for future needs here at Lions Head and I will also share with our property manager, KMC, so they could add you to our preferred provider list. We tried to open our garage door this morning (Labor Day) & the spring was broken. We figured it would be a day at least to get it fixed but Austin came out after finishing another job & it is fixed. Austin was very professional but pleasant also. He did a check of the whole door & explained what he saw & made three recommendations & pricing. We chose the complete redo & he did the job. Very pleased.

Nick was knowledgeable and had all the parts on hand to make the repair the same day I called. Offered options up to a full replacement but I decided to just replace the sprocket. This is my second time having you guys out for a repair; would definitely use again. First repair last year was a broken spring on another door. These guys are consistent and do great work without a high pressure up sell.

I called Precision Garage Door in the morning, and Robert came out that afternoon. He examined our garage door and opening mechanism, and then explained to us what he had found. He wrote up several different options that we could take in fixing the issues and left it up to us to make the decision. No pressure at all! Once we had decided which option to take, he went to work right away fixing it. When he was done, our garage door worked smoothly and much more quietly. Robert was friendly, pleasant, efficient, and happy to answer all of our questions. I definitely recomment Precision Garage Door!

Josh B did an exceptional job fixing my garage door. My garage door needs two torsion springs, but for some reason only had one. The spring broke, along with having some other parts wear out. Josh made quick work of the issues that needed resolved, and I’m very satisfied. I called to schedule an appointment in the evening, and the next day my garage was fixed. I always use Precision Door Service of Indianapolis. My latest service call was due to a loud screech when the door was opened or closed. I also need to have the weather strip on the bottom of my door replaced because field mice were getting in my garage! Andrew, my technician arrived very soon after I called. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. Also very good. He fixed the squeak, and installed a new weather strip in a short time. I recommend Precision Door Service of Indianapolis if you have garage door problems. You even get a discount if you have their sticker posted in the garage!
