Quick service on opener replacement and tech named Vladamyr was excellent and knowledgeable. Opener had a fair price but wall button to match old would have been +/- 20% more than opener price. That is ridiculous.

Eric and Austin did an amazing job on our garage. We were shocked to learn what we thought was a small problem turned out to be a bigger problem, regarding more labor, but the way that Eric explained everything in detail and gave us options on what to fix was great customer service. They both worked diligently for over 3 hours to get the job done. Professional, friendly, hard-working men, we were grateful for their help.

Mike did a great job on the install. The cost was a little more than what I thought initially. I guess there was an added charge for something that was separate upon inspection than the quoted cost through chat. Not a big deal though. Process was pretty seamless and the belt drive system is working perfect!

Our experience with Precision was top notch. Our sales consultant was helpful and knowledgeable. The new door and door opener installation from Tim was superb and he kindly put up with the non-stop, loud barking of our dog while he worked. The door is high quality, looks great, and is a pleasure to see when we pull up to our house. It has vastly improved our home's curb appeal.

I needed a new garage door opener. . . .the motor, remote control on the garage door, two openers, everything. I also had the rubber on the bottom of the door replaced. I am very satisfied with the two hours of work that your employee did. He explained what and why I needed the replacements; my equipment was over 20 years old. I am please with the new equipment. Service Tech was very knowledgable, considerate, helpful and polite. He went out of his way to help me understand all of my repair or replacement options. Once a plan was settled on, he was quick and efficient to make repairs. He also made sure that the door was operational so my wife could make a Doctor's appointment. The door operates better than it has in a long time; it's also a lot quieter. He didn't just throw a new spring on the door, he took the time to investigate all of the operational mechanisms to make sure I wouldn't have issues later. Last Sunday evening when I attempted to open my garage door opener it made a loud click and I saw and smelled smoke coming out of it. I was happily surprised that being Sunday evening when I called Precision, I actually got a real human being on the phone. The technician Ben came by early the next morning. He diagnosed the problem that my motor was indeed dead and fixed me up with a new opener complete with all the new bells and whistles and soo much quieter! Ben was such a gentleman and listened carefully to all my concerns so thank you very much!

Jeremy was amazing. I wasn’t able to get my opener fixed because of my home warranty, but if I had a choice he would definitely be the person I would have fix my garage. He was very friendly and even tried to see if he could work with my home warranty because he didn’t want to leave without being able to fix it.
