Really appreciate the prompt garage door service provided my Mike. He quickly assessed the broken door and gave us 3 options to consider. Given that another garage door company didn’t install the previous springs properly nor the correct ones, we continued to have issues from the last repair. But thanks to Mike and Precision we are back up and running with some new parts and a 7-year guarantee.

Josh Brewer was very professional, helpful and explained everything thoroughly that needed to be done to my garage door and door opener. I was pleasantly surprised that after explaining to me what needed to done, he could do it right then without having to come back. He gave me pricing options that I could choose from. The garage door opener, new key pad and remotes are working great now.

Tech was a very nice guy, but the attempts to upsell was a bit off putting. I had them out to replace a $200 set of springs, and they wanted to sell me an additional $550 in other parts that didn't really need replacing.
