Precision came out the next day after I called. Very professional and prompt. My service rep was Chris T and he was very professional and knew what to do and knew how to do his job. Drew T was my technician today. Drew arrived before the scheduled time (Angie called first to confirm that this time change worked with my schedule) and was very knowledgeable. Drew was thorough and explained everything he found in his inspection. He outlined all of our options for our repair/replacement. Once we decided how we wanted to proceed, Drew was able to replace the parts on the spot in a short time. Drew was great, you won’t be disappointed if he ends up being your technician!

This service was to replace the door opener on a one door garage opener that got hit by lightning. The product installed was overkill for this door. The door is only used maybe 25 times a year. They way oversold us. The door opener alone was $958. The total bill came to $2933. They did a good job, but will not use again. I feel they took advantage of my husband.
