We replaced the motor unit and respective parts as our 11 year old opener was just not as spry as it use to be, lets say. Eli, the technician, was great! He was very personable, polite, and very knowledgeable informing us as to what repairs were needed and what options were available. My Beauceron liked him so I knew we were in good hands.

Need a Door Spring replaced. Spring was replaced without issue. Tech assured me that the Bear Plates must be repaired. Door is only two and a half years old. There was no attempt to show me the so called bad plates. Obviously the up-sell is a good way to boost billings. I don't think there was anything wrong with the plates that I paid an additional $250 for. I received an email from Joel to call him and I will. I have attempted to connect via email but can't get any response. Not a company that I would recommend or refer anyone else to.

We found out about you and BRANDON RICHARDSON Service Tech from one of my friends who lives in these condos.. I called and the very nice lady helped me book the appointment. I told her that I would like to have the tech that was at Todd's Pennington's condo in July. I did not have his name! So she told me that she would try to find who it was.I am so glad she did!!!He was great help to me.. You should know you have got great people working for you.. I am very grateful that I got Brandon Richardson to help me with my new Door opener and service. You should be very proud to have him on your team. Thank you again Precision Door & Brandon.. The Service Person did a great job. I called at 8:30 AM and they were there at 11:30 AM the same day. They replaced the rollers and the springs and the door now works great where before it could barely open.

Kevin & Tyler were awesome. They called and were able to arrive a little earlier than initially scheduled. I had several things that needed attention on my door. They explained everything in detail and offered several options. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything that I didn’t feel comfortable with. Ben came out today to look at our garage door making some popping noises. He looked at everything and found the problem. Explained to me what was wrong and fixed it. Great job and he was pleasant to talk to. That really makes a difference to me. Keep hiring more like Ben. He definitely deserves some recognition in my opinion.

I always appreciate when a company can make my life easier. That is exactly what Precision Garage Door did. When I closed on my house I set up an appt the next day to get a garage door opener estimate. The installer showed up on time gave me an estimate that was in line with what I had researched. He was able to install the opener right then. Being able to check something quickly off the list as a new homeowner was greatly appreciated!

Josh was on time, courteous and it only took him a minute to install my garage door keypad. I had a few questions about the garage door movement and Josh took time to help me understand why and gave me options to make it better. I’m going to schedule another service call and I hope Josh is who does the install. I really appreciate the personal service. I was given a 2 hour timeframe which is almost unheard of these days. And an interesting additional text from the company to share a little bio of Josh.
