Thank you for your great service. Schedule was within the time frame and received a text about technician in route. Andrew replaced the broken spring and inspected the garage door mechanics, he offered some other repairs that might be needed in the future. Offered to email quotes for other repairs on a future visit. Paid exactly what was quoted. Thanks again for your prompt service.

We called your company in 2020 after a competitor didn’t completely resolve an issue. Today’s issue is a result of an older garage door that performed well after your techs 2020 visit. Everything is good now. All questions were answered and the job was done efficiently with all options presented.

Fantastic job done by Precision! Mike was our installer, and he did a great job. He stayed late on a Friday evening to be sure all was done well. We also had our photo eyes replaced about a week after, and Brandon did a great job, too. All very professional, lots of updates along the way, and we are very happy customers!! :)

Where do is begin? Ben was absolutely phenomenal! He answered all my questions and concerns. He was able to find the issue immediately and took the time to explain what happened. He was extremely thorough with his explanation and reassured us that we would be taken care of. If I ever experience a garage door issue, I would only be returning to precision garage because of Ben. Such a wonderful person.

Technician Mike was friendly and hard working. Replacing a very old wooden door on an old garage was challenging, and he had to retrofit some things to get the job done right. He did great work, and went above and beyond. When he was done he told me that his company could return at no charge and replace an entire panel because it had a barely noticeable "ding" on the inside. I said "no" but was very impressed with that offer!

Very pleased with the ability of Precision to come out as quickly as they did to respond to my need for service. Austin was excellent--did a great job of explaining the need for and the type of repair needed. He was courteous, didn't give the 'air' of superior knowledge, and handled himself very professionally. Would ask for Austin again!

Josh Brewer was the technician who came to provide me with an additional garage door opener as well as to do routine service on my garage door. He found some concerning maintenance issues and thoroughly explained them to me as well as to two gentlemen who serve with me on the Board of Directors here at Lions Head Condominiums. It was determined that wee would opt for a repair that would provide us with a long-term solution. Josh was articulate, knowledgeable, and finished the work quickly. It is my intent to recommend to our Board, the we consider Precision Door Service for future needs here at Lions Head and I will also share with our property manager, KMC, so they could add you to our preferred provider list. I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Josh and Precision Door Service!

We tried to open our garage door this morning (Labor Day) & the spring was broken. We figured it would be a day at least to get it fixed but Austin came out after finishing another job & it is fixed. Austin was very professional but pleasant also. He did a check of the whole door & explained what he saw & made three recommendations & pricing. We chose the complete redo & he did the job. Very pleased.
