James was on time, properly masked and distanced, and quickly assessed the problem. He offered several solutions to remedy the situation, and gave me the choice to make. He worked efficiently, got done in a very reasonable time, and didn't leave a mess. He was courteous, and thorough in his explanations. I'd have him again if needed.

Garage door opener was failing fast. Received an appointment next day, that was convenient for my schedule. Drew arrived and made the assessment in a timely fashion and determined my existing opener was 24 years old and barely functioning. No one likes to spend money on a garage door opener, but if you do I highly recommend Precision garage doors. Ben was great! Presented me with a cost for repair on a 20 year old opener or pricing options on a couple new openers and door roller replacement. They understand what a burden this can be and provided me a really fair deal. I could not be happier with the new opener. Thanks Ben!!

My door starting acting up on a Friday evening, I called Precision Saturday morning and within 90 minutes they had a technician at my home. Drew diagnosed my problem within 15 minutes and presented several opinions after clearly explaining what was causing my issue. Once I had chosen how I wanted to proceed, Drew quickly fixed my unit. I am very happy with the service provided and by the professionalism Drew Thatcher demonstrated. I highly recommend this company!

James came to our house to fix a busted spring and he informed us that we should have a 2 spring system instead of the one due to the bigger heavier door. He gave us a quote which was higher than what we had liked but once we thought about it the quote was reasonable given the fact he had to replace the torsion bar, drums and and 2 new springs. James was very knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend him. Thanks James and thanks to Precision.

The repairman diagnosed the problem with the garage door opener very quickly and efficiently. I was also having a problem receiving door activity alerts on my iPhone. Although he admittedly wasn’t that familiar with iPhones, he continued to troubleshoot the problem and effectively resolved it. I was very appreciative of the additional effort he took to fix the problem. He was very professional and courteous. He’s certainly an asset to your company.

Chose precision because of high ratings on google. Repair and technician were great. ...only downside was the $15 fuel surcharge. This was never mentioned until I saw my receipt. And $15 seems kinda excessive considering I’m in Carmel and you guys in noblesville. It’s about 28 miles round trip and with gas prices down so low even with a truck that gets poor gas mileage there’s no way the fuel cost more than $3.

Ryan was early, but called ahead to let me know that he was on his way. He was extremely knowledgeable even with the older set up I have in my garage. He asked questions and assessed the issues I was having, explained my options and the cost associated with each. After deciding on a plan of action, he got right to work. He explained the process as he worked, and gave me plenty of advice on how to extend the life and functionality of my overhead door. Being in a service industry myself, I have to say that Ryan exceded my expectations and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied and everything was in working order before he left. Thanks again Ryan!

I was pleasantly surprised when I called toward the end of a normal business day to schedule a tune up, and was able to get scheduled for early the very next day! The technician, Ryan was very thorough. He made sure I understood everything and did not pressure me into doing anything but gave me several options for keeping my doors working properly. He also told me what to look and listen for in the future. This was a great experience
