We had springs and cable wire put in last year so I chose to call again for the rollers and seal on the bottom of the door to be replaced. Ryan was very efficient and informative on other things such as giving us an estimate for a new garage door opener

Brandon was the best. Very polite and went out of his way to make sure everything was fixed. He mentioned things that he recommended I replace and things I need to replace. I didn’t feel pressured as he provided me with several options. This is the second experience and happy both times.

I am taking bids on a new garage door. I have not done business with your company, but want to have three bid to choose from. Paul Tischlur and a trainee called on me and explained to me what he would do to make a bid and went to work. After he made his assestment, I was presented with a bid which I will consider after I have two more bids

When I searched garage door repair near me, Precision was the first business listed. I liked how you have a 24-hour manned phone line to schedule service as our door broke after hours. I got an appointment the very next day. Corey B. called before coming and took less time than he estimated to fix our door. He explained our options and asked us questions to determine what was the best fit for our needs. He was friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend using Precision.

Precision installed a much needed replacement garage door opener for me. The technician, without pressuring me, did show me a few other things that needed attention. I chose a few of the recommendations and dismissed others. I had investigated three companies via phone after doing a Google search. The job was completed with great attention to detail and the final price did not exceed the estimate. I would recommend Precision.

We have used Precision in the past and happy with their service. We are also happy with today's service. Had a new garage door system including cables, etc installed. Works perfectly and is much quieter. Andrew S was here within the time frame he said he would be, presented us with options, and got to work immediately and finished when he said he would. He's very nice to talk to too. We would definately use him and Precision again.

My garage door was working well with key pad, car remote and hand remote but after tuneup…the garage door will not open or close unless using in-house opener!!! They worked before tune up!!!help!!!
