Contacted company in the morning and I was able to get a service scheduled for the afternoon. Drew called to confirm the visit and the expected time of arrival. Soon after I received a text with Drew’s bio. That was my first time receiving information about the technician from any company. I thought it was brilliant! Drew arrived at promised time, he checked the garage door and went over in details of his findings. He presented me with 3 options on how he could fix the problem and price points. Which made me feel comfortable as this was an unexpected expense. He efficiently fixed the door and went over in details of the parts he had changed and also warranty. Drew has great customer service skills, very friendly and shows he cares about the customer. I am in the customer service industry and understand the importance of keeping and retaining great people to represent your company and Drew is one them. He must be recognized! Thank you Drew for the great work fixing my garage door, applying the coupon savings and also for making it quiet. Did not realize how loud it was until now. Amazing Service! Called on Sunday and they came out on Memorial Day. The Tech Brock D was knowlegable and friendly. Had all faulty equipment replaced and serviced. Price seemed resonable. Warrenty on work was given.
