I had been in need of having someone check out why my garage door wasn't operating properly. Monday evening I saw the commercial for your company on television. Tuesday morning I called and was given a time that afternoon. Shortly after my call, I received a call from a very nice lady in your office advising me that she had a technician that could actually come out within in the hour if I wanted. The technician was here in about 30 minutes to check out the problem. Eli was the technician and was very informative as to what he was doing and why. He was only here for a very short while and had the problem diagnosed and repaired in no time flat! I would definitely call your company in the future if needed. Eli is an absolute asset to your company. Personable, polite and knowledgeable. Great job, thanks!!

I’m a repeat customer. Precision has always done a great job. It was a good experience from Brooke who answered the phone when I scheduled the appointment to Nick who diagnosed the issue with my garage door opener & fixed it promptly. I was disappointed to learn after the service of the $23.00 fuel surcharge. I understand gas prices are up & don’t mind paying a fuel surcharge but $23.00? Based on $4.00 a gallon for gas & a truck that gets 10 miles a gallon (very conservative on the mpg) that means I paid for 57.5 miles of gas for your vehicle?? As Joe would say “Come On Man”

I had run into the door about 6 months ago and the door busted the bottom roller and the whole bottom was hanging. I couldn’t afford a new door and I couldn’t shut the door. I called the dispatcher and she got someone out within 2 hours. I went on to work and they fixed everything and I was able to pay them over the phone from work. I got home and Kevin did an amazing job! Thank you everyone I dealt with for taking care of my emergency and doing an amazing job! One of the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in over 30 years! 5 stars is too low of a rating!

My garage door jammed and I called Precision. Their original on site fee was very reasonable and they had a technician come out within an hour and fix the issue. I had never done anything to the door other than springs and a new door opener and I have lived in my house for over 30 years. The cables had all snapped and there was plenty of damage. The technician was amazing. He explained everything and was very up front about all that was needed. He gave me a full price of the repairs. He had the items in his truck and he had me back up and running within 2 hours. I was thrilled with the whole process and the new parts make my door open and close easily. I am very happy with the service I received.
