Mike fixed an out-of-line rail which was causing a loud squeak when the door closed. Inspected everything, and lubricated bearings and wheels. He called when he was available early, which was great with me, and cleared my afternoon. I purchased my door from them 10 years ago, and it still looks great.

Good reviews brought me to Precision. Patrick (technician) came out and told me the issue and options to resolve. 20 year old openers. He didn't hard sell me. Very nice and knowledgeable. I decided to have 2 new openers installed mostly due to the age of the old ones. Patrick did a great job installing. Took his time. I felt he was installing them like he would on his own house. Great work. He even helped program them for our cars as well. Highly recommend Precision and Patrick !

I was very disappointed to say the least. The sales associate didn't sit down to explain the difference between the garage doors, the R ratings, pros/cons on the two diff openers, etc. Not the service I expected from a company who prides its on customer service.

Ryan did such a great job! He described exactly what needed to be done for our needs. He removed the old electronics and replaced them with new, mindful to make sure all the wiring was done really neat and clean. He ran through the finish line--making sure I knew how to work the doors and helped me set up app etc. I highly recommend him.

I appreciated Robert’s call before his arrival as well as the company text with a mini bio about him. He worked up many options from bare minimum fixes to major overhaul. He then stayed and finished all the work today maintaining a great, personable attitude the whole time. It was a very positive experience!

I received a quote for replacement of two torsion door springs and they could do the repair the same day. The technician called prior to coming, arrived on time, showed me additional damaged due to bearing failure that I could not see. Provided quotes to for minimal repair to total repair of all warn parts. The work was done professionally and quickly. Highly recommend this company. Kevin was very courteous, professional and personable young man. NO PRESSURE SALES!

I had a spring break on my two car garage door. I could not open the door. I tried to buy a new spring from a local Menards, but would have to wait on a three month delivery. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Josh was punctual, courteous, explained everything that needed fixing, finished within the timeframe he stated he would, and even went above and beyond to clear out some leaves I had in the garage so they wouldn’t affect the sensors.
