I called Precision on a Tuesday and was able to make an appointment for the next day. Mike, the technician who provided the service, did an excellent job. He explained what the issue was and was able to fix the problem quickly. I have used Precision before and I will continue using Precision for any other garage door issues. It is a great company.

$80 tune up but no info on what was completed. Was given a quote for future work but never saw on my invoice per my request. Next day get a coupon in the mail for an extensive tuneup explaining what it entails and roller repaits for $99. I was quoted as needing new rollers. Why was i not offered this? Saw several other companies with tune ups for $10-20 less and more explanation. All my invoice stated was service charge and fuel charge. Feel like I was taken advantage of and have called to express my concern but still waiting to talk to the main office.

Hi Mike, I apologize we let you down. Our technicians aren't permitted to offer coupon specials. The reason is coupons cost $$$ to get distributed and the offers are there to entice new customers to use our company. The offset in the loss is having the opportunity to have another long term customer. Kevin was our service man and did a great job. A cable broke but he said that there were other issues of which he took care of. He was not pushy and said he could get the door to work but that other items were worn. He gave us the price and we agreed to get the door in good working order.

Kevin was spectacular. Second time we have used Precision for a door rebuild (big door before, small door today). The parts are so much better than the original installed, the warranty is excellent, and the techs are great. Called on time, showed up on time, worked quickly and extremely cleanly. I was shocked when he proceeded to clean most of my garage floor upon completion. Would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door work.

Our garage door n opener was very old. Mike explained the issues and several different options to have it repaired vs. a new system. We opted for repair and he began right away. We asked many questions and he answered them all w/o trying to force us into something we didn’t want. He was friendly and very professional.

I found your company on Home Advisor. I followed up by checking out your website and really liked that you had pictures of your employees so customers know who is arriving to do the work. I followed up with the Better Business Bureau and found Precision Door to be an accredited business with an A+ rating and an average of 5 start customer reviews. And it's no wonder! I called Saturday and the door opener was installed Monday! Great service...and Nick was professional, friendly, and did great work! The garage door opener is so quiet; I'm amazed and a very happy camper!! I would recommend this company to everyone I know!

Joel, Tyler is an A+ technician! He is an asset to your company! He arrived at the beginning of the 2-hour window. I was his last customer of the day and he did not rush servicing my door. I chose Precision based on my neighbor's recommendation. Your technician, Josh, arrived in the RESCHEDULED appointment window, very carefully explained the options and costs to replace the broken spring (or springs), and that he would make recommendations for any other needed maintenance. He was extremely pleasant and patient in answering my questions. He took it upon himself to speak to his boss about the scheduling problem that occurred (see below) and told me there would be NO CHARGE for the repair. Josh not only quickly replaced the springs (high end) but also adjusted the rod holding the springs and replaced the rollers. I was very impressed with Josh's professionalism, work, and recommendations for door self-maintenance. I will definitely call your company again if needed and recommend it (and especially Josh) to others! After a rocky start:- On the phone on 10/4 I was told my appt was on 10/5 between 8 to 10 AM but the email confirmation was for 8 - 10 PM which I failed to notice. When I called on 10/5 when a tech had not called or arrived by 10 AM, I was told of your scheduling mistake which made me very angry. I initially cancelled the repair but later rescheduled and am glad I did. See above.

Choose Precision, they have a local office in Fishers. Appointment was promptly scheduled that day, about 3 hours later. Kevin the technican called before scheduled time, was punctual and courteous. Explained issues and offered a few different solutions. Great experience, Precision is permanently in my Rolodex!

The only part good was our garage door. Everything else was worn out. Eric came out and replaced the springs, cables, rollers and adjusted everything. Now it works like new. Ask for Eric he does good work and is fast and to top it all off he doesn't pressure you into anything. He gave us several options and let us decide what we wanted.

5 stars rating We were extremely pleased with Nick Z and his work on our garage door. He installed a new motor, put in new springs and rollers and a new remote control system. Basically rebuilt the entire system in a very short period of time. It works beautifully. And it is now whisper quiet. He even repaired the door which had been making a terrible loud cracking noise. He is very skilled and very courteous and friendly as well. We really enjoyed meeting him and appreciated his advice and skills. Thank you for excellent work!
