Josh B. from Precision arrived about 2 to 3 hours after I called and diagnosed several problems with our garage door and opener. It was pretty loud and failing to open intermittently. He made some recommendations and gave us a couple of options for different price levels. Once we made our choice he got right to work and was finished completely in less than 2 hours, including clean up. Now we're checking to make sure it is working because it is so quiet! We plan to be here a while so we appreciate the 7 year parts and labor warranty that came with our opener and repairs.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Stunned with this entire experience. I made an appointment - on a Saturday morning - in a chat on the company’s website… it took literally 3 minutes. Technician Christopher T. called and gave me a 20 minute warning for his on-time arrival. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered multiple options for this major repair, all focused on quickly getting my door working again AND explaining the factors related to safety where corners just can’t be cut. He finished the work in less time than he suggested it might take… and charged me precisely what he had quoted - even though he discovered the need for an additional part. In a market saturated with companies offering to do this type of work, it’s hard to know who to call in an emergency. THIS IS THE COMPANY TO CALL!! And repeated kudos for Christopher T. I will be requesting him specifically for future repair and maintenance on my door.

Drew came out to the house, did an inspection and provided a detail explanation of what the issues were, what was obvious and a few things that were not as obvious. He presented 3 options for us to choose from, clearly explained each. We made our decision and he did the work right then and there. Excellent service. The men were very friendly. They found the problem very quickly and explained what had gone wrong and then they fixed it. They found another possible problem and the cost to fix it. No pressure at all. They did a great job. They also replaced a rubber seal.

Short story. I called 3 places for a quote. Precision had me scheduled and off the phone in under 5 minutes. Place 2 asked me to “call them back in 10 minutes”. Place 3 would not give me a quote without paying $79. Kevin arrived at my house around 1230 gave me some suggestions and had it completed by 200. Even though he had less expensive quotes I went with the one he suggested. This was because I could see the other options made him nervous for safety reasons. Hard to find people that genuinely care about the customer. Not the lowest quote but for sure the best service. I will always pay extra for that. Regards, TL

Had an estimate scheduled for new garage door installation. Technician showed up at door and knocked and when wife answered the door he was already measuring dimensions of door. Never introduced his self. Was at my house less than 5 minutes and said I will email you a estimate unless you want to put a deposit down. Very very unprofessional. Your business depends on customers and customer service and what we got today was very poor.
