Very Good Service. The Tech was very Knowable about what he doing. After finishing up he cleaned up and then ask us if he could do any thing for us. He explained how everything works and help program our car remote systems. Very pleased with PRECISION Door Service. I did notice that I missed spelled Precision on the check I gave him, hope this doesn't cause any problem.

Kyler cane out in the morning to replace a cable that was fraying. He did an inspection of all components and found the garage door opener was 30 years old and showed me sots where it was starting to get hot along with plastic shavings inside from the gears. Springs I knew where at the end of their life and most of the wheel roller bearing where bad. He did am awesome job and was done in just a little over 2 hours. Garage door is so quit now you can't even hear it from 15 feet out with your back to it. Great job !

I called initially for help programming my key pad. The service rep was personable and knowledgeable. The home I moved into had a garage door opener that was almost 25 years old. I did not want to get stuck in the middle of the winter with a burned out motor. I opted for a new motor. The price was about $400 less than one of the main competitors. I am happy i decided to be better safe than sorry.

I accidentally hit and broke off the sensor so the door would not go up. I ended up purchasing a new opener which included new wall switch, keypad, and 2 remote openers. Ryan impressed me with his professional explanation of what was needed for my aging door and opener. He gave me three options for a new opener and door. I selected the middle range opener and will address a new door in the future. I am extremely satisfied with the end product and the friendly and polite employee, Ryan. He is a stellar representative of your company. He deserves a gold star and a huge thumbs up for a job well done! Maybe a pay increase too?
