The Sunday before memorial day I had one of those gut wrenching feelings that most homeowners have felt once or twice. That feeling when you try to open your garage door and it literally falls and cracks every single door panel. I called in and they had a repair representative out the next day. While the door was beyond saving, their repair specialist Kevin was able to go over everything and we were able to get everything we needed ordered same day with amazing service. While I don’t think I’ll need any more garage door service for a long while, I can easily recommend these guys anytime.

I just bought my first house, and the inspector told me to have the garage door and opener checked out. Ryan examined my (very, very old) garage door and inoperative opener. He took the time to explain everything that was broken, and what my options were for fixing or replacing them. The tech was very personable & knowledgeable. But I thought he was given pricing options(3) for repairs that were inflated by ~100% over usual & customary fees for the hardware that was replaced. Why was I billed for a fuel surcharge when the service call was FREE and not mentioned before billing?? I will be using another door service company for future repairs!

We had Mike out for a garage door tune up. He found out our issue, and resolved it; no pressure, no hard sales of any kind, just fixed our issue.
