I purchased my system last year from Precision, and it has been great. You never know what you are missing until you upgrade. It started acting up, I think with the IOS upgrade on my phone. They came out and reset everything, and since it has been less than a year, I wasn't charged. Great customer service.

I called in around 5pm as my garage door spring broke. Joel took my call, assessed my needs and completely exceeded my expectations. Joel scheduled an appointment for the very next morning. Kevin called me at 8 am to confirm my appointment and let me know that he and James would arrive in 15 minutes. They showed up right on time. They were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They spent the time to explain how my spring broke and provided me with 2 or 3 options to repair my door. They have earned my business for life and I will be sure to recommend Precision to anyone I come across needing Garage Door repairs.

I called for a 2nd estimate to replace a damaged panel on a door that had been installed in 2009, as the first estimate I got seemed high. I didn't realize when I made the appt. that Precision doesn't install the brand of door I have, so I felt terrible when Matt showed up and there was nothing he could do. He was so nice about it and made sure I knew that it was no trouble at all. Thanks, Matt!

My technician was Mike Very professional, explained everything to me. Found my issue, a wire, fixed it. Pointed out another possible future issue, gave me a fair quote. We had that work done as well. Brandon was the tech assigned to our call yesterday evening. First, he was on time and very service oriented. Second, he listened and from there looked over the issue and explained what he was going to do to diagnose the problem. Third, he cared. Cared enough to help us understand the problem and cared enough to work with us on the solution. Brandon is a great technician but most importantly a great person. Our dog even liked him. I called Precision through a referral on late Saturday afternoon because of a broken spring on the garage door. The young lady on the phone was very pleasant and helpful and gave me the first appointment Monday a.m. I received my promised call from the technician with a time of arrival. He assessed the problems and showed me options and I made the choices I wanted for repairs. Kevin Ulery was our service technician and was extremely efficient, professional and very informative! I felt very comfortable and assured of his recommendations. Kevin also brought along a trainee, Cory Barnett. It was Cory's first day on the job and I was so very pleased to hear that Precision had hired an Army Veteran. Thank you Cory for your service! Cory was equally as polite and will be an asset to Precision. I would call Precision again and most assuredly request Kevin or Cory for my service technician. I will certainly pass Precision Garage services on to my family and friends and also plan to place their name in our HOA directory for our neighbors. It was so refreshing to receive such GREAT customer service!!
