My neighbor recommended I call Precision because she had seen great reviews of your company. I am very happy she did. The young lady I initially spoke with was kind and helpful. Andrew was the technician assigned to fix my broken garage door. He was prompt, very kind and explained my problem and options to fix the problem in a way I could understand. He took the time to answer my questions which I greatly appreciated. Very satisfied with the service and will definitely recommend to others!

Eli was very professional, honest and upfront with us for what actually needed to be replaced and could be salvaged. We opted for the new door(with windows) knowing it was going to be a little bit more, but felt good with the entire process because of him. Now we can’t wait. Thank you all so much!
