We just had a "complete garage door overhaul" (springs bearings, rollers, floor seal) after years of neglect. Eric performed beyond expectation, he was quick and had the whole thing disassembled and parts replaced in just about 2 hours. While he was there he diagnosed a fault with the way the garage door opener had been installed (a DIY job) and he corrected the problem with the weight distribution/load I created when I hung the track ... The door is now 85% quieter and is perfect in almost every way. If you call for service as for Eric and expect exceptional service.

Anthony was awesome. I would not know how a tech could be better. My garage door spring set up was out dated and some adjustments needed to be made and improved. Although I was hoping the current set up could be corrected with what I currently had, his input and advice was the way to go. I was impressed that parts were on the truck and installation began right now. I am very happy with the results.

My service tech, Andrew, was exceptional. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He took the time to assess and service my existing garage doors and pointed out areas to keep an eye on. While I understand his job is to sell additional parts and or services, he did not push or come across as “salesy”.
