Couldn't be happier with the service we have received from Precision. A few years ago they were able to recommend and install an opener, rollers, etc. that worked well with our original 1965 garage door which is extremely heavy, saving us the cost of a new door. They also have been very responsive to calls for routine maintenance and minor service. The tech that installed our unit is typically the one that comes out for service. He's very respectful, pleasant and knowledgeable and has been with Precision for a number of years and is highly complimentary of the company. Happy customer, happy Would highly recommend Precision!!!

I was very pleased with the quick service and scheduling of my door replacement. I was even more impressed and happy with the technician , Justin, that came to do the install. He was very professional and polite. He worked quickly and neatly, cleaning up after the install very nicely. He did however have to return to replace a piece of trim that had cracked (free of charge) on the original install and work quickly and professionally. James arrived on time, inspected the door and gave me 3 options. All 3 were more $ than I had anticipated on investing but I knew there were going to be more problems with the door before he showed up. Given the economic situation I spoke with Joel the owner and he gave me a discount and I went with the 2nd ( middle options) which repaired all my issues. James knocked it out in about 45 minutes and also sent me pictures and a video since Im an out of town landlord. I used them 12 years ago and highly recommend them anytime.
