The call was made to repair a garage door that was not working. I call your firm because of numerous advertisements that you have had on TV. I was especially impressed by your trucks leaving your drive in the advertisement. It suggested a quality business with people and equipment to trust. I too am in a business that relies on trust and quality service. Your service man, James Vanderbur did a great job, very understanding with working around other work that we were doing at the house, and I feel as if he did a complete job in investigating the problem. After 28 years it appeared that the best solution was to replace the equipment on the one door not working and gave me a quote to do the same to the other door that was still working. It seemed to me even though expensive to repair both doors at the same time, $2,800.05 it was the right thing to do. He has now scheduled to make these repairs on Monday,tomorrow. My surprise was that he requested a deposit for this work. Maybe that is your policy, and I know it is probably based on experience, it was still a surprise. With all that said I am still happy with the initial involvement and hopefully and assuming I will be just as happy when repairs and replacements are completed. Interestingly enough as I write this note a was listening to another advertisement for your company. Again I called your number because of these TV introductions of your company. I too am involved with advertising and marketing and truly do believe it is important when done in the right manner. Thank you for your service.

Had two new doors installed, installation technician called ahead and was on time. Gave me a time frame, for the work, and was ahead of schedule. Kept me informed of the installation progress and was nice enough to include me on straps and handle placement. Final inspection and operation of doors, Technician found a small dent in the door. A picture was taken and a new panel was ordered. Only great companies do this, I highly recommend this company and will use for all my overhead door needs.

I initially called to get keypads installed and after Kevin did his inspection he gave us his input...we just purchased our house and the seller installed a new door with old parts...Kevin showed us what was old and also his input on how dangerous it was to not fix it....I’m glad he was honest with us and bringing it to our attention. This is our forever home and want to make sure everything is done right...We are so thankful that Kevin was honest with us and he did a great job.

Everything was good, but now that I’m on the company’s website, I see multiple coupons that applied to my situation. That would have been nice to know about when spending over $1600. I’d prefer a company that is upfront about the discounts they offer.

We found Precision at the home show last night. We told the guy there our issues and he said he could have a guy out today (Sunday) for no additional charge. Vladimir came out to assess the problems and gave us 3 separate options for repairs. We went with the middle of the road option, but it still came with a 7 year warranty! He did the repairs same day and everything was all said and done within 2 hours. I’m not sure how to compare pricing, but it seemed fair to us. I would definitely recommend Precision.

We had an old opener moved to our third car bay and a new belt drive opener installed to make things quieter. I was hoping to get this done within a week. They were able to schedule me the same day I called. Mike did a fabulous job moving our old opener and installing the new one. We chose Precision based on their knowlegeable staff and great products. Mike arrived on time and in fact called because he was able to come earlier than expected which worked out perfectly.
