The Sunday before memorial day I had one of those gut wrenching feelings that most homeowners have felt once or twice. That feeling when you try to open your garage door and it literally falls and cracks every single door panel. I called in and they had a repair representative out the next day. While the door was beyond saving, their repair specialist Kevin was able to go over everything and we were able to get everything we needed ordered same day with amazing service. While I don’t think I’ll need any more garage door service for a long while, I can easily recommend these guys anytime.

Precision arrived at my home after I discovered that my garage door would not close. Precision arrived within three hours of initial contact. The technician was very friendly and explained the necessary repairs as well as the cost prior to any repair being undertaken. The technician did not pressure me to perform any repairs, but simply provided why it was needed. I will contact Precision for any future issues with my garage door.

The tech was very personable & knowledgeable. But I thought he was given pricing options(3) for repairs that were inflated by ~100% over usual & customary fees for the hardware that was replaced. Why was I billed for a fuel surcharge when the service call was FREE and not mentioned before billing?? I will be using another door service company for future repairs!

We had Mike out for a garage door tune up. He found out our issue, and resolved it; no pressure, no hard sales of any kind, just fixed our issue. We did then ask him to replace the springs since they were old and made too much noise, and he was able to do it the very same day. Very nice experience. Thank you!
