Great Service ! I had an emergency garage door repair and Precision was able to fit me at a late notice. Ryan, the repair tech, was even able to get to my home before the scheduled time. Ryan did a complete repair in a matter of minutes and the job was well done. I would definitely recommend Precision to my friends.

Eric did a great job informing me of the door and spring system installed in our home. We discussed replacement options and were comfortable with our choice after discussing it with him. Installation was very fast. Door works better than new. The original spring system was inadequate for our door.

We are so pleased with the service we received from Mike F. He did a thorough job of checking out our garage door area and reviewing what we needed. He went through several options for purchasing a new door opener and understood what would work best for us. We felt very comfortable having him working here. When he was finished we now have the quietest garage door we have ever had. Thanks to Mike for being so professional!

We've used Precision before, but Kevin was very friendly and asked lots of questions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He got everything set up for us so there was zero hassle trying to learn new equipment or program new remotes. It was all taken care of.

Mike F. was an excellent service tech. He did a thorough inspection, explained all that he found, answered questions and did not push us to do anything extra. He offered us pricing on all repairs and installation. He gave a clear walkthrough when he was finished. He took care of all the requests we had. We highly recommend Mike’s work and will pass on your company name to family and friends.

We were fortunate that Precision was able to help us the same day we called at 3:30 pm. The technician, Ryan, gave us 3 options for fixing things, good, better and best and let us choose the option we wanted. Appreciated this and his speed in fixing the garage door. Happy to recommend Precision for repairing your garage door.

When I searched garage door repair near me, Precision was the first business listed. I liked how you have a 24-hour manned phone line to schedule service as our door broke after hours. I got an appointment the very next day. Corey B. called before coming and took less time than he estimated to fix our door. He explained our options and asked us questions to determine what was the best fit for our needs. He was friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend using Precision.
