DO NOT TRY TO PURCHASE A GARAGE DOOR FROM PRECISION DOOR SERVICE! Their service is no existent. I called and had their door estimator come out Thursday and he quoted me a garage door but said that it would be 6 weeks before the doors might be in but someone would call me Friday to schedule the install - which NO ONE HAS DONE. I called twice and get the same answer, someone will call me back - BOT NO ONE HAS. Now keep in mind, when the estimator was here he had to open and close the door several times for pictures etc and in that process the hinges finally broke and the door was inoperable. He said to disconnect it from the motor and try opening and closing it manually. I did pay the down payment of $445 and do not want to lose that money, but I need a garage door. So I paid Precision money for a new garage door but no one will call me back to tell me when it will be delivered. Anyway, I am hoping the owner of this company will see this response and call me to discuss how to exceed in delivering Customer service. I am very dissatisfied and am looking elsewhere to see if I can get a door from another company in less than 6 weeks!!
Hi Bill, I did see it. I moved some things around and your door will be going in ASAP. I apologize we did not resond quickly to your calls our manager responsible for scheduling was out on Friday. Our door estimator never should have set that expectation that you'd be called the very next day. We will communicate this with our team and we will learn from this mistake. Thank you, Joel

I chose this company in part because of the number of high customer reviews posted on the website. Both garage door springs broke at the same time late Friday evening, while both cars were in the garage. No way to get the cars out of the garage. I called Precision and was able to schedule a repair on the following day, Saturday afternoon. The technician showed up on time and 90 minutes later all was repaired. Pascal was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions, and most importantly, he repaired the door to my satisfaction at a fair price. I recommend Precision.

Our garage door broke over the weekend and we called Precision on a Sunday. They were able to come out the very next day. Our service technician, Brandon, was awesome! He called when he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was friendly and courteous. He looked at the door then explained what needed fixed and why. He gave us options on parts and did everything he could to get us the best price. He had the door operational in about an hour. We chose Precision initially because of their reviews and they were spot on. Awesome service! Thank you!

We purchased a 12'x12' door for our barn and a 12'x10' door for a shed from Precision. The doors are beautiful, and matched our historic barn wonderfully. High quality product, easy people to work with. They were also the best value of the 3 quotes we received. We will be asking Precision to work on our next project too!

The service was performed on time and with efficiency . The technician also asked me to call back if I have any issues . He asked me to give it a couple of weeks to be sure . I did purchase the rubber piece/seal at the bottom of the door and a metal part to which it was attached .

After having been woken up a couple of times in the middle of the night by my garage door going up on its own, I was happy to install a new opener.
