Came out same day, helped with diagnostics and cleaned everything up trying to track down an intermittent issue with the door. We didn't fix it necessarily, but we eliminated a host of issues as possible causes, so I'm happy!

Mike Felton did an amazing job. Solved the original problem of a jammed door in the up position, within 5 minutes. After re-programming all of our cars and manual remotes, Mike did a quick check and discovered frayed cables, which he replaced very quickly. Excellent service. Discovered your company by Google. Also like your website and web-based transactions and follow-up.
