I called Precision due to an error I was suddenly having with my garage door. They were able to come over within 24 hours. They promptly diagnosed the problem and took care of the issues. And did some regular maintenance as well to hopefully keep the doors working for years to come! Mike was great and very helpful!

Replaced backup battery and serviced door. Found and replaced problems with drive sprocket seals and uneven torsion drum wear. Also replaced bottom door rubber retainer.

Called for service on my garage door and could have been scheduled that day, but the next day worked better for me. Andrew came right on time and was very professional and friendly. All options were explained clearly, what would be done and costs. Then he installed a new opener in about an hour and it works great. He did a super job and explained everything to me clearly. I've never had to have this done before, about $600 seems a bit expensive, but I feel like I paid for top quality service and product. A 5 star rating on service for sure.

We were very satisfied with our service from Precision. They were timely with our appointment, called to update us during the day regarding the time frame and notified us 15 minutes before arrival. Ben and Ryan helped us with our garage door and opener repairs and were knowledgable and easy to work with. They fixed the problem same day and now we have a functioning door! We will definitely be keeping Ben's card for the next time we need help with a garage door!

I called Precision in the morning and was told that I could have a new garage door opener installed on the same day and within three hours for a very affordable price! When the technician arrived, he walked me through step-by-step instructions on what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions. He dismantled the old opener, did an inspection, and gave me a couple of different options from which to choose. All new materials were used, and was finished within an hour. Come to find out...I knew the technician, Andrew Sroka! Can’t tell you how great that was! I would definitely choose Precision in the future, and I would ask for Andrew!

I thought my husband would want this fixed right away and not have to fix it himself. Andrew and Ryan were ready to fix my problem right away and were honest and upfront about their cost. However my husband decided to fix/ replace the motor and rollers himself because he said it would be cheaper. However should we decided to later change the doors we will call your company again!
