Very pleasant experience. Josh was very knowledgeable and explain all options for our garage door opener! He didn't go right to the most expensive option first. We would definitely use them again, but hope we don't have to!

Just wanted to thank you for sending a technician that was very professional and was able to repair my garage door in a timely manner. The technician quoted 3 prices from critical parts to a complete repair. This was very helpful as a homeowner.

WOW!!! GREAT COMPANY & TECHNICIAN. Couldn't get garage door opened. Called Precision and they were on top of it. Corey was the technician, called prior to arriving. Said he could make it earlier than window of time given. Was thrilled! He was very professional, great personality and showed me in detail what was wrong. He gave me a few options in fixing it and not pushy at all. Worked in a closed garage with heat at 90 degrees. Was quick in completing the job, cleaned up everything and was a pleasure to deal with. You've got a great employee there. Will definitely call Precision should I need future work.

Mike F. was our technician. He was very informative and took the time to explain several different issues with our existing door. He gave us several different options for fixing the issues and once I made a decision, he went to work. The door functions so much better now and should last us for quite sometime into the future. Thanks!

The Sunday before memorial day I had one of those gut wrenching feelings that most homeowners have felt once or twice. That feeling when you try to open your garage door and it literally falls and cracks every single door panel. I called in and they had a repair representative out the next day. While the door was beyond saving, their repair specialist Kevin was able to go over everything and we were able to get everything we needed ordered same day with amazing service. While I don’t think I’ll need any more garage door service for a long while, I can easily recommend these guys anytime.

Precision arrived at my home after I discovered that my garage door would not close. Precision arrived within three hours of initial contact. The technician was very friendly and explained the necessary repairs as well as the cost prior to any repair being undertaken. The technician did not pressure me to perform any repairs, but simply provided why it was needed. I will contact Precision for any future issues with my garage door.

I just bought my first house, and the inspector told me to have the garage door and opener checked out. Ryan examined my (very, very old) garage door and inoperative opener. He took the time to explain everything that was broken, and what my options were for fixing or replacing them. After working through the details on all the doors that fit my budget, I felt comfortable in making the best choice for my new house. I will definitely recommend Precision and Ryan to everyone I know!
